The pressure washer is a very heavy duty and water pressure very strong. Very useful to anyone w/heavy duty jobs at home or if in business. I recommend checking the bolts however, two were very loose on the pump and vibrated out during 1st usage. Great buy, but check the bolts! Awesome machine!

Just used the new pressure washer yesterday. Was a learning curve to start the engine. You may have to hit the trigger on the wand to relieve pressure to start. Everything went well after that. Would suggest you use a long funnel to fill the soap tank as it is a little hard to fill with funnel . Overall I'm happy with the purchase so far.

Easy assembly. Would like to have had the carry handle to fit in the guides with a little more friction [as is the handle seems loose while pulling]. This unit is ready out of the box to work. Little assembly is required. I would advise you to read the manual before use.

I just purchased a WPX4400 Pressure Washer. The entire unit was shipped in one box. The user manual contained the assembly instructions. The instructions were clearly written and supported with detailed drawings. It took me about an hour to assemble the machine, add the fluids ( oil and gasoline ), connect the water hose and give it test drive. I did appreciate the machine being shipped with a quart of oil and a nice filling funnel. After a few pulls of the starter cord, the engine started with no problems.

I bought the Westinghouse wpx3600 and used it right away. Compared to other products that are in competition, the wpx3600 blows everyone else out the water! You can tell right away how better quality it is, compared to the competition. Everything is well made & not just junk thrown together. Definitely will buy another when needed.

Just unboxed it. I am pleased. Easy assembly ( you'll need allen wrench and a 10MM). Started on the 2nd pull from dead empty! The QDs on the hose and handle make storage a lot easier! Good pressure and flow. Took a bit to purge out the air in the pump (surged for a few minutes) but then settled down. You will get some strange smells as it warms up and burns the paint off the muffler. I'd give it 5 stars but I'll reserve the last star until after it's been used for awhile.

While assembeling the pressure washer I have had some questioins.I found 4 bolts that are not mentioned in the assembly steps. I also have a plastic tube that is not part of the assembly. I was directed to fill out the warrenty paperwork before getting a chance to have any questions answered. So I hope it works out. So far so good.

I have used other gas pressure washers and most recently an electric pressure washer. None of them compare to the strength of this Westinghouse 3600 psi unit. I also purchased the 16.5 inch driveway circular cleaner attachment and it made quick work of a dirty Florida driveway. What used to take 6 hrs. took me less than 2 hrs. Only used this once so far but couldn't be more pleased.

I purchased this pressure washer recently hoping that the relatively higher psi and gpm would provide the output I needed. Unfortunately, for my setup, I needed more of both. The pressure washer is a good package for someone starting out. An issue worth noting was the disappointing and surprising amount of times the pressure washer stalled out when I let off the trigger. An approximate and probably conservative estimate is 35% of the time. This could have been this machine, or I'll leave room for user error somehow, but it negatively impacted my efficiency.

I am doing power washing for 15 years, my old power washer broke. So I bought this one (WPX 3800) and I am very impressed. Weight is no problem, power abundant. I overfilled oil and had some issues, but service call was excellent. Evidently there was some oil in the engine, so when I "filled" it, was to much. But great product, great service.
