The installation was seamless--very happy plumber :-) This model is attractive and comfortable with its elongated seat. A breeze to clean inside and out. I had no idea how badly we needed a new toilet until I flushed this Newbrook!

We are using this toilet in our office as we have not had any clogs, unlike the last toilet we removed. The design looks clean and modern and the box has everything you need to install including the wax ring and seat. The flush is a bit loud but clear every time. Highly recommend it, especially if you don't like using a plunger to clear clogged toilets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I thought I would share some pictures and thoughts while I wait for the grout to dry in it's new home. This is a solid toilet with a really good design. This thing will easily outlast me. The water and waste pathways are glazed and well designed to deter build ups and clogs. The height is a really good height for comfort and the longer bowl is better for clearance when sitting. It also provides a larger target for those with less than perfect aim when standing. The no slam toilet seat that came with mine will make the middle of the night trips easier to sleep through. Overall a really good choice. Not a whole lot to go wrong with this one. Mine came with everything I need to install except the flexible water line. This is probably one of the easiest ones to install and is less weight than the old one it is replacing. I've bought similar ones in the past and have come to trust the American Standard brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking toilet and it was easy to install. The flange mounting bolts provided are brass with plastic nuts that you tighten by hand. There is no chance of over tightening the nuts and cracking the toilet. The flushing power of the toilet is very good with only one flush needed to empty the bowel. This is a good looking toilet that does its job very well.
