Works great. Had an issue with first starting it but we changed out the sparkplug and it worked perfectly. great amount of power and we quickly cleaned up our concrete area. Also quiet when compared to our old 12 year other brand pressure washer

I bought this unit and didn't use it until the next season, but noticed a leak from the pump. Westinghouse did warranty this out and the pressure washer works very well with the replaced pump, the hose is long enough and the gas tank is big enough. I am hopeful the pump issue was a one off and I get many years of use out of this unit. PSA Regarding the warranty, 3 year limited is stated and found out it is 1 year parts and labor, 2nd year parts, 3rd year - limited parts -though I don't know what parts are covered in that 3rd year.

I have over a thousand feet of 10' and higher rock walls around my property and was looking for a pressure washer that would make it easier to clean the rocks. I had been using a 3600 psi pressure washer and was reading that stepping up to a 4400 psi pressure washer makes a big difference so I purchased the Westinghouse WPX4400. Initially, the pressure is great. When I first pulled the trigger it knocked me back the pressure was so great. I did not turn down the pressure knob, but will probably do so when I do not need so much pressure. The manual covers 3 different models (the 3600, 3800 and 4400). It is confusing when dealing with the 4400 since there are parts not even needed on the 4400, but this is not explained so it was a little frustrating trying to follow instructions that did not even apply to the 4400. It would be helpful if the manual explained when instructions do not apply to certain models. The first time I went to start the 4400 the compression was so high that it would not turn over. After five pulls the handle came off due to the knot pulling through the handle. After fixing the handle I tried to start it again while my wife held the trigger down on the wand. This removed some of the pressure and it then started. This should be explained in the manual that for the 4400 it is necessary to depress the trigger to reduce the pressure and compression. After the first time I just held the wand myself and pulled the trigger and was able to start the pressure washer myself. Overall, I am pleased with this purchase.

Received and already pressure washed my large driveway. This unit with surface cleaner cut my time in half. It's a large motor for hand cranking keep that in mind if elderly. Build quality is ok. Think it matches the price. This is not a commercial unit for heavy use but it's not priced to be.

Just used the new pressure washer yesterday. Was a learning curve to start the engine. You may have to hit the trigger on the wand to relieve pressure to start. Everything went well after that. Would suggest you use a long funnel to fill the soap tank as it is a little hard to fill with funnel . Overall I'm happy with the purchase so far.

I received the WPX3800 a couple weeks ago and have already used it twice for a total of about 5 hours to spray off my driveway. It works really good so far and has plenty of power. The assembly and setup was straightforward and easy to accomplish in a few minutes. Starting it up for the first time took numerous pulls even after meticulously following the starting directions. The second time it was a little easier to start but still took about seven pulls to get it started. If it would start on the first pull, every time, it would be getting a fifth star. Not a major deal breaker, but something to consider from my experience. Thanks and have a blessed day!

I've used it twice so far. It was easy to assemble. Makes quick work of my vinyl siding and fencing. Has enough power to get the job done quickly and accurately. Great assortment of nozzles and all the parts seem to have good quality. I have no complaints.

I am doing power washing for 15 years, my old power washer broke. So I bought this one (WPX 3800) and I am very impressed. Weight is no problem, power abundant. I overfilled oil and had some issues, but service call was excellent. Evidently there was some oil in the engine, so when I "filled" it, was to much. But great product, great service.

We have a very long driveway that needs cleaning annually! I needed a better Power Washer to thoroughly clean our driveway as my old one just didn't do the job. I found the solution with the WPX3800 which does a fantastic job! Thank you Westinghouse!

Seems like a pretty good pressure washer, I noted the following things - the fuel tank was dented when I opened the box and took the washer out - I had a hard time initially starting it, but replacing the plug and using some starter fluid I was able to get it going and once it was broken and it started a lot easier - the bolts holding the pump to the gas engine were pretty loose and when I initially ran it for a break-in period a couple were vibrating out by the time the 30 minutes was over. I had to get some Loctite and tighten them all down. Looking forward to using this machine
