This machine is made from butter-soft metal where it matters most. The exhaust manifold and cylinder head are made from such fragile material that they might as well be ceramic. The first unit I ordered arrived broken right out of the box. Thinking it was a fluke, I bought another one from a different retailer. Big mistake. The second machine worked—until it tipped over during transport (my fault, not secured well). Like any small engine, it needed the spark plug pulled to drain the fluid from the head. But here's the catch: the design is so cramped that it's nearly impossible to reinstall the spark plug straight without risking damage. Sure enough, while carefully reinstalling the plug, it cross-threaded—and when I removed it, a chunk of the cylinder head came with it. Let that sink in: simply removing the spark plug caused part of the engine block to crumble apart. I’ve worked on engines for years, and I’ve never seen metal this weak or a design this poorly thought out. If you plan to actually use this machine like a normal human being, don’t waste your money. Product was purchased 1 month ago. There are 2 things that I need to question: 1) when starting the gas powered engine the trigger on the wand has to be pressed, or it won't start, this leaves only one hand free, which is not possible when one person is available. 2) there seems to be a dent on the gas tank, is that something I should be concern about? I have used the product twice and it works as it should. Picture included

Just bought this power washer. Got home, put it together in about 30 min. Put it to work right away. It did a great job on the driveway. Next is the deck. Easy to use. It is a little louder than I expected, it's not too bad. The hose is a little stiff and tough to roll up.

I just switched from Honda because it quit out on me after just 4 years. This Westingtonhouse pressure washer has really well first impressions. It’s very quit, runs smooth and delivers equal power as its competitors. A little heard to pull start the first time but ran smooth after starting.

Just purchased this to pressure wash my 2 story home, driveway and parking area.. I was tired of the 1800 psi pressure washer but after doing some research on this unit, I figured it was worth the additional investment to get a unit that has the pressure and water flow.

I bought this because I got tired of spending an entire day washing my driveway with my electric pressure washer. Assembling it was pretty straightforward, no issues there. The only issue I had so far was getting it to run. I followed the instructions in the manual, line by line, to start it up and I could not get it to run. After several attempts of pulling the cord and releasing the pressure from wand, I was ready to call it quits. I stood there looking at it, thinking to myself that I should've gone with the Simpson, but then I noticed a lever with a yellow tab and stickers of a rabbit and turtle right below it. I saw it earlier when assembling it, but I did not see anything about it or its function in the manual so I didn't think much of it. The lever was position all the way to the right (turtle), so I moved it all the way to the left (rabbit) and pulled the cord and wah-lah...it ran. Did some googling afterwards and found out the lever is to control the Throttle/Engine Speed. It would have been nice if Westinghouse included that in their instructions. With this being my first gas powered tool, I didn't know that it was something I had to do. Anyway, I tested a small part of my driveway to see how strong it was and yes, it will definitely save me time.

I have only used it for one day, but after the unit is warm, it was difficult to start it. I had to let it cool down for about 15 minutes, then it started after a number of pulls. Otherwise, the unit worked fine. Assembly was easy and completed within 20 minutes.

Easy assembly. Would like to have had the carry handle to fit in the guides with a little more friction [as is the handle seems loose while pulling]. This unit is ready out of the box to work. Little assembly is required. I would advise you to read the manual before use.

Once the pressure washer was up and running, it worked very well. There were a few challenges to overcome including confusing setup instruction related to oil and after running the first time, 2 bolts that connect the pressure washer to the engine loosened and were found on the ground.

Since I just recently received my wpx3600 I can say that my other brand washer can't compare with the wpx3600 , THE WASHER WORKS GREAT AND CAN HANDLE ANY JOB I USE IT ON . WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT .Love the accessories l ordered with it .5 stars !!
