However, it's the fragrance that I didn't care for. I do like lavender, but I prefer a more subtle scent or lavender vanilla. This scent is very strong. A little too strong. I put it on the second to last scent output. The scent refill is great quality (it's glass and has a lot of product in it). I will definitely be interested in trying different scents. This scent remains me of strong bathroom spray- sorry, lol. However, if you like the lavender bathroom spray, you'll love this fragrance!

I've been buying the lavender and chamomile plug-ins for years. This is the second time the company has change the formula without advertising “new formula”” on the packaging. They have lost me once again as a customer. The new lavender and chamomile formula smells cheap and awful.

This lavender is such a great smell that's nice and mellow and not too overbearing, and really helps with a good calm ambiance in the bedroom. I love that the plug in itself is adjustable and you can pick 5 different strengths based on the need of the room. Mine is on a level 3 and hasn't even come close to running out the 2 weeks I've had it plugged in. I highly recommend this, especially the lavender for your bedroom!! 😌

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I got a faulty one, I usually use air wick and they work perfectly makes the whole house smell good but this one didn't make not even my master bedroom. I've had it plugged in and the room doesn't smell at all but when I get close it does smell. The scent smells amazing but I'm not sure why it's not dispensing the scent. I think maybe there's a flaw in the design not sure. I give it a 2 star because it smells amazing the aroma itself but not the actual plug in
