This is my first such plug in oil warmer, and I am pleasantly surprised at how well it works. The ability to control the strength is nice, as I am using it in a smaller room and full strength would likely be a tad overwhelming. As it is, it fills the room with a nice touch of fragrance, but isn't obnoxious or cause any headache to the people in my family that are a bit sensitive to fragrances. Design is great and plug is adjustable. Even on the lowest setting I feel the scent can be strong at times but I just unplug at that point. Worth a shot if you love lavender.
