Hello, we're disappointed to know that you're not satisfied with the purchase of Air Wick Scented Oil Lavender and Chamomile Refill. This oil contains a characterful fragrance of aromatic lavender essence rounded off with gentle chamomile and precious woods. It will be helpful to know that you may want to lower the setting on the device so less of the fragrance is released. We also invite you to try a different scent available, such as Fresh Linen. This fragrance will give a familiar smell of fresh clean laundry, sunshine and pure white flowers blend together. We always strive to better ourselves and will pass your feedback onto our innovation team. We'd also love to hear more about your experience. You can reach us at 1-800-235-6052 between 9:00-5:00 EST (Monday - Friday) using case number RB0000602693. We look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team
