I will say they are easy to take since the capsules are small. I am pleased that there isn't any after taste as well. It states that they start to work in as little as 7 days so I'm hoping that is the case. I know they contain Intelliflora which is known to be a good bacteria so I'm always hopeful. If anything changes, I'll revise my review but right now, it's unsure for me.
