This supplement pills are nice sized, not too big and easy to swallow. Just make sure to drink a full cup of water with it. Easy to take with you while on the go anywhere and can drink almost anything with it.

I like that this capsule is so simple to use but works to help with keep balance. I have has issues in the past with ph levels and it works to help give you back natural balance. It also doesn't have any negative side effects. It can be taken at night to help give you natural balance while you sleep. Love it
