I take one before lunch with a glass of water, as this is when it easily fits into my day. I like that it's only one capsule as the serving size. These capsules are small, have no artificial colors or dyes, and are non-gmo and lactose-free. The four unique strains of lactobacilli in these probiotics promote a healthy vaginal environment. I feel good knowing I'm being proactive about my gut and vaginal health by taking these AZO probiotics.

I noticed a difference in ph balance after the third day

I am 75 years old. This is the best probiotic I have ever used. Do not hesitant to purchase this product! My rating is a 10 out to 10.

This product gave me many side effects. I became very gassy and bloated. I started gaining weight, but worst of all, I became very lightheaded and dizzy. I also had bad headaches.
