Great features! Easy setup, lots of quiet power!

I just bought this, put 1.1L of oil (1.2L oil provided) in it, filled the gas tank and it started immediately. It is so much quieter than my old Generac. The provided connections include 2 standard 3 prong 120VAC sockets on a GFCI, a 30VAC and a 50VAC. Remote control start, push button start and pull start backup. I don't have a lot of time running it yet but it loaded up fine and I'll have a lot less concerns about losing power from the tall trees, high winds and rain soaked ground of the Pacific Northwest.

Easier to setup and operate than I imagined

This is my first generator and was surprised by how simple and easy it was to set it up and get it running. Instructions were easy to follow, connected propane tank and cranked it up. I ran it for about 30 mins, with a space heater, no problems. Next I plan to run it on gasoline and test the fuel switch over. It is a rather heavy piece, so if you are looking for something more portable, this is not it

Completely satisfied

I purchased this as a whole home backup generator and it has everything I need. I was surprised to learn that a trickle charger is included. Nice. The only disappointment was discovering that since I live at 6800 feet, I need to purchase a high-altitude kit. Seems like that should be made more clear. Regardless, this appears to be everything I need!

Fantastic Inverter/ Generator!

Bought this Nov 2024 to quickly recharge 4 Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra (6kw each) house batteries via 240v 30A. Able to recharge these bad boys in 4.5 hours. If the sun isnt out, I can faithfully rely on this inverter to recharge my house batteries for months without power. And if the house batteries should ever fail, it can run everything by the 50A. Love the auto start, dual fuel capability and the ability to parallel hookup another inverter for even more power! If you have the Delta Pro Ultras, this is the perfect companion.

Awesome generator!

This is for the 11000DFc. Bought this to use as a whole home backup. It does not disappoint. It will run everything in my home. Obviously need to be selective on running the 240 amp appliances. My central HVAC has a variable speed motor so its an easy start. In what i would think would be a long outage i would put a window unit in my master bedroom and not us the central hvac. The generator is a bonded neutral so you might want to convert it to a floating neutral if hooking to your home through an inlet. It's easy to do.

Storm Relief

Bought this to use with a 50 amp generator plug we just had an electrician install. Hoping it will power our central air with a soft start plus a few other necessities. We just went through 5 days with no power prior to receiving. No waiting on the next outage tpo test it out. Impressed with all the features and size. This thing is a beast and if not enough power we can add another iGen to get what we need. Bought for the Westinghouse name. Hope it stands up to my needs for many years to come.

This thing is sweet

Just finished breaking in the engine and so far so good. This seems to be a very well built unit. Plenty of power to run my whole house or welder & air compressor in the shop. Very quiet for its size, fired right up after adding fuel and engine oil. I did quite a bit of research online before deciding on this machine. Love the dual fuel option and full power capacity to the 50 amp receptacle.

powerhouse genset

This generator has all the features that we were looking for. It is replacing a 3k watt unit that we have used during outages. The 240V output and load capacity is just what we needed to run our geothermal unit and well pump as well as some lower demand items such as fridges and freezers. The inverter provides the clean juice that our both geo and network equipment requires. Granted the output wont run everything in our house but it comes close. The alternative of a permanent whole house gennie was just not even a thought when all things are considered. If you are looking for clean output to run your finicky HVAC or computer eqpmt look no further if 11k will cover your needs.

Large and in Charge!

Shipment was great and the item is definitely heavy but to be expected. However with the large no flat wheels and handle it makes it super easy to move around. We haven't hooked it up to the house yet, but packaging and all included accessories were top notch and direction and very easy to follow.

Easy Assembly, started right up

I havent put it underload just yet, but the assembly was easy and it started easily. In reading the manual I did opt not to use the supplied oil, as our low temps can easily be below 20 degrees Fahrenheit. I opted for this model because it is an enclosed inverter generator, while it is true we have whole house surge protection, the idea of having <3% THD is attractive to protect the many electronic boards in some of the strangest places in the house :)
