Super easy to assemble and get the unit up and running. I've already had the unit running for 6-7 and working great. The electric start works every time and having the remote super great. After looking at several other units I decided on this one and I'm glad I did.

The Generator came early and was in perfect shape. unboxed and setup was easy. I ran several tests on propane and it was quiet and ran my house as needed. I would like a little more info in the manual---Battery type/ expected life span would be nice. This unit is for those random power outages. I have already recommended this unit to my friends

This is my first generator and was surprised by how simple and easy it was to set it up and get it running. Instructions were easy to follow, connected propane tank and cranked it up. I ran it for about 30 mins, with a space heater, no problems. Next I plan to run it on gasoline and test the fuel switch over. It is a rather heavy piece, so if you are looking for something more portable, this is not it

Just picked up this replacement inverter generator. First one had a gas leak and needed to be returned. This generator is easy to assemble and easily started right up. No gas leak this time so I am pleased. Love being able to use the remote to start it up. Lots of power.

I bought this almost a month ago in preparation for hurricane season. Two days after receiving it, our power was out for 7days. I had it connected to the main panel, and got the house powered up with it. After about 15 minutes I engaged the AC (my AC has a soft start connected), almost immediately the generator sputtered and died. I pulled this new unit out of service and ran the whole week with no further issues once I hooked up my older (less wattage) conventional generator. Thankfully I was able to sell this piece of crap to a neighbor who didn’t care about running their main AC.

Bought this as a home backup generator. I have not used it for an extended period yet, but tested with a 3 ton inverter AC, lights, refrigerator, microwave and various other loads all running simultaneously - including well pump starting. The unit ran smooth and quiet. Design and build seemed better than I expected, and I like the oil and fuel drain hoses. I have high hopes for the long term with this unit.

We bought this Westinghouse iGen 11000 DFC dual fuel inverter generator and we are extremely happy with it. It will power up all our home components during a power outage. We’re hoping we won’t actually need to use it, but we now know we are ready to go if necessary.

Assembled generator and tried to start it. No go. Pulled spark plug and it was wet (flooded). Put plug back I. And tried again. No go. Opened other side of gen and held chock open and pushed start and it fired up. Tried next day and it did same thing. Seems auto chock is flooding the engine every time.

Just received my new generator. It was very well packaged. General inspection shows everything looks in good shape. I did not yet start the generator. I got prompted to do review during registeration to recieve free cover so completing it. I will update review when I start and do more testing.

Purchased this generator after our last power outage. House is on a well pump and multiple days have having to flush the toilet with bottles of water are now over. I can have the furnace in in colder months instead of trying to use various ways to keep warm.
