Bought Nov 26. Already used it 3x since purchase due to back to back ice/wind storms in Michigan end of December. It didn't fire up immediately but hadn't been run just once since delivery. Now we realize it came with a trickle charger for the battery for electric start. The electric start makes it so my wife can even fire it up! Runs nearly the entire household (found out the hard way that it wont run everything (the washer and electric dryer) but knowing that now, it doesnt change how i feel about it. We love it!

Step by step instructions were very easy to follow. The only step I needed to look up on the internet was the location of the battery connector. Previous step had me put the access cover back on, but it needed to be removed again to access the battery. I have used the generator once since purchasing it and it started right up. Generator is powerful, steady/clean voltage and relatively quiet.

Bought this bad boy a month ago, and I swear it's been the MVP of my work. Starts up easier than my coffee maker, runs quieter than my neigbor's gossip, and powers everything like it's training for the apocalyse. I've used it for all the jobs. If this thing had a dating profile, I'd swipe right every time.

I used it straight out the box (I bought my own oil) didn't know it was oil already in there lol. But when I tell you this generator is real quiet and first day out the box ran 8 hours no problems and I love the remote start I'm like a key fob for a generator that's neat. Using this for food trailer

I bought this generator in preparation for power outages like the extended outage incurred from hurricane Helene. I have not used the unit yet but the design seems well engineered and I can only hope construction and quality of materials is up to the same standard of excellence. I look forward to first fire.

I live in CA and have had numerous power outages due to the fires. I got this to power most of my house to include a 5-ton AC so we wouldn't be uncomfortable during the summer if the power goes out. To use AC, you will need a soft start, but very easy to install and better for your AC anyway. Also important to us was the noise level since we live in a neighborhood. For the size this is very quiet.

Just picked up the iGen11000TFc and while I haven’t had to put it to the test yet, I’m already impressed. The build quality feels really solid. It’s clear Westinghouse put thought into the design, from the enclosure to the controls. Setup was straightforward, and everything needed was included. It’s heavy, but the wheels and handle make it manageable. I haven’t run it under load yet, but it's quieter than I expected for its output power and, based on specs and user feedback, I’m confident it’ll handle emergency home backup power when needed.

I got this gen. on the 22 Oct 2025 put it together and started it on gas but won't have time to play with it for a while. The gen .arived in great shape and was easy to put together. It started right up on gas won't be able to try propane for a while I like what I see so far

Was looking at other, more expensive products, but several electricians suggested going with the Westinghouse as they see it as super durable and reliable at a significantly less price point. Still breaking in, but look forward to being able to use the gas and propane instead of gas and the noise levels far lower than expected for a unit this size.

I’m very impressed with this generator. It starts easily, runs smoothly, and provides plenty of power for everything I need. The dual-fuel option is extremely convenient, and the remote start works perfectly. It’s quieter than expected and well-built. Highly recommend it.
