Just got my iGen11000TFc. So far I just have 1 hour of break-in time on Propane. It is quieter than the Generac open frame generator it is replacing. It is also physically smaller even though it puts out 33% more running watts. It will run my recently replaced deep well pump & new furnace both of which are full of electronics. That is something my older Generac would not do and why I am replacing it. I guess that inverter technology is necessary today. I am taking off a star because it came with a damaged bolt to assemble the handle, a missing clip for the cover and a vacuum hose that is kinked because it is too short. I haven't dealt with customer service yet. Also, I wanted to order some replacement parts and several were out of stock like the spark plug, fuel filter and spark arrestor... the stuff you want to have on hand for just in case.

I originally ordered the duel fuel generator but when I picked it up it had been upgraded to the tri fuel without an additional charge! I have been delighted with the ease of moving it from the garage to the outside running station. I'm 70 yrs old and can move the generator without any problem. Easy hook up and easy to run especially with the remote. I have already recommended it to a friend.

Two of my neighbors bought this model, so I gave it a close look while doing my homework. It seemed to check all the boxes, at a reasonable price. I saw the units in service, and they seemed efficient and equipped with a range of nice features. I'm satisfied and look forward to a long lifespan.

I was using another brand of generator before, but it stopped working with gasoline after only a few months. After comparing different options, I chose Westinghouse invert generator. As soon as I received it, I couldn't wait to try it out, and it truly surprised me. It's very quiet, and the load is manageable. The power supply is stable enough, and the generator is well-built and heavy enough.

This generator is a beast. Ordered a dual fuel but recieved a free upgrade to tri-fuel. Purchased inverter generator for clean power. More power, smoother and much quieter than my Genmax that died after only 12 hours. Hopefully this Westinghouse is more reliable, but have a 5 year warranty with local service centers if needed this time.

I’m extremely happy with this Westinghouse generator. It’s very well built, easy to assemble, and straightforward to use right out of the box. During a power outage it had no problem powering my house, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I was also impressed that even the included tools are solid and useful, not cheap throw-ins. On top of all that, I received a free upgrade to the tri-fuel version, which made an already great purchase even better. Highly recommend this generator for reliability, quality, and overall value.

This generator should be perfect for what I need. With the inverter it sips fuel compared to a traditional generator. The quiet noise will also be greatly appreciated. The reviews elsewhere are fantastic. After a lot of research, this one appears to be very reliable. I only gave it 4 stars since I have not had a chance to try it out yet.

I've done my research and the 11000 tri fuel westinghouse is the best generator out there. Its heavy, so count on a 2 person lift when getting it set up. There are some helpful youtube videos out there from Gavins Garage and Mike Life. Both were super helpful in getting me to decide on the right one.

I shopped a lot of generators for a home essentials backup solution. This model hit the sweet spot on my main criteria: tri-fuel, inverter, and value. It has a solid build, smart layout, and runs quietly. I'm confident that it will do well during our next power outage.
