I bought this to use with a 50 amp transfer switch to keep the essentials running during a power outage Z. It seems very well made and well thought out. I have only run it on gasoline, but might get the natural gas hooked up in the future. The remote start is great, and the push button start is perfect for anyone. Glad I bought this model, it gives me peace of mind knowing I can keep my house warm/cool, the sump pump running and the water pump and freezers working during a power outage.

I bought this to replace an 2 older generators I used for emergencies and power outages I glad I did this one has the power of both of the 2 old ones combined and more. It starts so easy and is well made I now have a family member in the home with medical issues and is in a powered hospital bed and on oxygen. I no longer have to worry about getting the 2 old generators set up and running this one does the trick. Now to get an transfer switch installed to power the house when needed.

Performs exactly as expected so far, though testing is all we've done up to now. The electrical inspection was completed yesterday, so now we feel ready for whatever hurricane season may bring us here in Raleigh, NC. The last one that hit us hard was Fran in 1996, so I'm feeling like we may be due. It's great being able to run it with natural gas. No propane tanks to lug around and no gasoline to go bad.

Have not yet used the generator but it looks and feels very sturdy. It was delivered quickly and in great shape. Love the features offered and the tri-fuel capability. Also purchased this generator, in part, because of the positive Westinghouse reputation.

Did a LOT of research (with help from a local gen mechanic) and decided to buy this model to replace our 5000 watt antique... and very glad we did. It passed all our preliminary tests with ease and we're actually looking forward to using this beast during the next (inevitable) FL hurricane.

Bought this generator about a year ago and have had no problems.I only have about 5 hours on it and hoping to get alot more. I have only ran this on natural gas so no fuel spoilage. Ran multiple loads with no problem powering what is needed. Great product so far hopefully it will last over 500 hours.

Huge improvement from our old generator. Not just the extra wattage but the ease of maintance. This was recommended by our electrician who has many customers that use Westinghouse generators. No issues setting up or getting to start using remote. Oil fill and changes are very easy.

Purchased online and delivered quickly. Very easy to set up with everything included other than your fuel source. Simple to complete 5 hr break-in period. Easy to switch between gasoline and propane fuel source. No difficulty moving the generator with the included wheels and handle. Would recommend.

Difficult to move at first, however once the wheels are on... easy, peasy. I've run this now on both propane and natural gas. What a difference! No more running to the station to fill up the multiple fuel cans. No more worrying about gasoline going bad. No more transferring fuel from cans to cars at the end of the season. Hooray! Running the generator for a short time each month will be so much easier with the propane connection. Then, during a power outage, natural gas will be constant (fingers crossed). I love the start and stop button. No more pulling the cord. I upgraded from a 5500 gasoline only to this beautiful 11500. I've connected the unit to the transfer switch and tested the complete setup process. It could not be any easier. We can now run the essential lights/receptacles around the house. We will have internet, TV and radio. I can even run the 3.5 ton AC (w/soft start) unit without issue. We are ready for the next power outage.

I bought this generator in preparation of an up coming ice storm. Not having one during the last hurricane we were affected by showed me what a necessity it is to have one. I have not experienced a lengthy power outage since purchase but have tested it out a few times to run different loads in my garage. I really like the features of this unit. From the electric start to being able to run it using gas, NAT/LP.
