This generator was easy to unbox and assemble. It is a monster but easy enough for me, a 60yo to push around. No problem providing whole house power. Make sure to install a soft start on your AC unit.

I just received this week. Box was heavy duty, but appeared to have had something very heavy placed on top of it. Sides of box were pushed out near the bottom, along with crimped edges. Scrape marks on top frame. Awaiting power cord, then to have electrician hook up for run testing. Can't fully rate til run testing.

Bought it a week ago. Set up was pretty easy. Started up right away on gasoline then I switched it to the natural gas. Ran everything in my house that I need to run perfectly. Generator puts out great power for the price point and the tri fuel was the seller for me.
