Bought this generator for its specifications. Arrived earlier than expected and all kind of accessories to start using the same day. Very easy to use and reliable. Love the tri fuel option, can be used under any circumstances.

Just received it today, manual was easy to understand. Put oil and gas in it and it fired right up. Plan to use this for back-up power. I am now in the process of installing a sub-panel and transfer switch.

Waited over a month to get the opportunity to buy one of these 11500Tfc models. Everything I read online suggested this was the one. Haven't ran it yet but appears to be well made and should provide enough to power my whole home.

I bought this generator because if it's capacity and the options of their gasoline, propane or natural gas. A very well constructed heavy duty generator. Very happy with it.

Tired of loosing power down in Houston with the yearly disasters and power outages that seem to last for weeks and glad that I have made this purchase. No issues and able to run plenty of ac units to cool the house down.

I've gone through power outages in the winter and summer. No more! After a lot of research I settled on this genny. Seems tge most vang for the buck. I'm confused on the THD level though. Everywhere online said 5, however, the manual said 23. What?!

Easy to set up - attach feet and wheels, connect battery wire, and add oil. Push button start and remote start make it easy to use. Connected propane for initial break-in. I hope it's this easy when we need it for an actual power outage.

Great generator at a great price. I love the fuel options just after going through a hurricane with only gasoline as an option and having to wait in long lines.
