Setup took about 30 minutes and was breaking it in with propane to avoid the hassle of gasoline. Plan to connect to natural gas ultimately. Runs smoothly and the start button on the remote is convenient.

Great product and service Started up on Natural gas on the 2nd cranking of the starter (Probably pushing gas through system on 1st crank). Key fob didn't pair so with a quick call, and they are sending me a new one. Runs very nice

We bought a lower tier generator for our house because the power has gone out over 10 times in the last 2 years we have lived here, and they gave us a free upgrade!

Haven't had to use it yet, but it was easy to assemble and get started. It's excellent piece of mind for Florida's hurricane season. It's one of those things you hope you don't need but are very happy when you do need it!

I bought it in Dec 2024. Setting it up was a breeze. Safety instructions great. Used it already with propane and gasoline and worked great. Portable, easy to move with the big handle.

Very nice looking unit. turned the LP gas on, and it fired up instantly. Tested it for power out put on 120 outlets and works as it should, just need to get 50 amp plug to connect to the transfer switch.

Ran out to get this monster when I went without power for 6 days during the recent hurricane.. I suffered but no longer! This is big and powerful enough to support my 2600 sqft home. Not sure how I lasted this long without this peice of equipment
