Shipped promptly. Well constructed. Well written owners manual. Started on propane first time out of the box. Started and ran flawlessly. Would definitely recommend.

Better that I was hopping for. The generator is a lot heavier that I was expecting and was some work to unpack but well worth it, It looked like it was just off the production line . Does the job and then some. Would get it every time

Super easy to set up! Started right up and ran flawlessly during the break-in period. Eventually had my entire 2,000 sq ft house running on it. Highly recommend!

The unit is very well built, with a strong frame and handles. The built-in data center is more convenient than using an external meter to check the voltage and frequency.

Just unboxed today! Am so glad to have bought peace of mind for power oranges in hurricane Houston. Now both my family and my 95 year old in-laws will have a safe shelter if we lose power (3 times in past year).

Ran this generator for the recent storm and it performed well and was stable, haven't tried the NG option yet but knowing that I have that is great as a secondary power source.

Appears to be of high quality. Haven't used it yet. Easy assembly. Will be trying soon as the first 5 hours has to be at 50% capacity for the break in period.

We got it yesterday.So we try it out. It powered at least two room. We getting prepared for hurricane season so this is going to help us if we lose power .

What a great generator! Multiple fuel source compatibility and connections are included for each type. Runs everything I need in my home. A great investment for anyone in a hurricane prone area.

Unit came with all of the included items as advertised: remote start fob, oil, propane connection hose, natural gas hose, etc. Filled it with gasoline and it started first try.
