I bought it couple week ago and will test it shortly but lot of recommendations from friends and family. Missing the natural gas hose but after contact CS, they send it out the next day.

I bought this generator so my family doesn't have to go days again without heat or air conditioning. It was easy to assemble and store in my garage. Love the all the features and the remote start is a plus.

I bought this Generator 2 weeks back as a whole house power backup. So far things are looking very good. Generator can power my whole house including two HVACs of 4 ton and 2 ton. Starts with a push button so no issues starting up.
