I just received this generator yesterday and got it up and running today. It has lived up to my expectations so far. I am looking forward to many years of use.

I bought this before Hurricane Berle hit and so happy that I did. Kept my whole house running including my AC unit. I ran it on NG. Ran 6 days straight and never missed a beat.

I bought this generator because it has a very low THD so that electronic boards on my furnace, Ac, Fridge, TV and laptops would not be in jeopardy. I was very impressed when it arrive. This is big enough to power the entire house with peace of mind.

Unit was delivered strapped to a pallet. Although I was able to unpack it and install the wheels and legs myself, I suggest that 2 people working together is a better option.

Bought for when the power goes out for extended periods. Test run on NG was excellent and I have whole house power for a fraction of the permanently placed standby generators.

We got this to run our whole house. Praying we do not need it this hurricane season. Our old (30yr old) generator was not strong enough for the whole house.

Very easy to set up and get running, from the crate to operational in 30 minutes. It even came with a fob to remotely start. I'm super impressed with this product.

I received my generator April 17 but did not test until a few days later. After reading manual, watching video online, the generator is not working. I need to call customer service to find out. In the meantime, I registered it.
