Purchased this generator for home back up power. Minimal assembly required and instructions straight forward and clear. Fired it up and runs great. This generator seems to be very well built, and the tri-fuel feature is nice. Also, included is the battery, oil, trickle charger and even the tools needed for assembly. Very nice!!!

This was exactly what I wanted. We needed something my wife could start when I was at work, as our area receives some bad outages. In the last three outages, we lost enough food to more than pay for this generator. The peace of mind alone is worth the price. It fired right up and the wheel kit went on in about two minutes. It rolls very well. We could also barely hear the motor from inside the house while testing it.

I just got this generator and plan on using the 50 amp to power the majority of my house. I also have access to natural gas hookup, but may also use propane as it too is available. Currently building a generator shed for protection and easy access at +25 feet from the house. Will have both the 50 amp electric plug and natural gas connections from the house about 15 feet from the generator.

Just bought this generator due to all the storms and unreliable power grid here in Texas. Took it out of the box, read the manual, put the wheels and legs on. Filled it with oil and hooked up the propane tank. It fired right up. Let it run a couple of hours then starting putting loads on it. It did well. Still waiting for electrician to come and install our transfer switch then we can really start loading it. We will be running it on natural gas once we get the connection finished up by the plumber. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be but it has large wheels and a sturdy handle so moving it in and out of the garage is not really a problem. All in all it looks to be a good investment.

I bought this generator after a recommendation from my electrician! The cost savings over a "built in " generator was substantial and this generator was the perfect size and fuel flexibility that made it a standout. I am sincerely impressed with the quality offered at this price point! Although I am not looking forward to the next storm and/power outage, now I am prepared!

This generator could not have come at a better time. We live in Arkansas and this was our second day of storms and lost power. First power went out for four hours, the next day was out for nine hours. This generator arrived four days ahead of schedule. First let's start with the shipping container. Very well packaged and protected. Generator came with additional buffering packing to protect the generator itself and all additional accessories, including the two propane hoses,battery charger, tools and books were all in its own separate heavy duty packaging. It came with everything that you need to get started. The oil was there with a special funnel that was angled, not allowing the oil to fall on the ground, 2 wrenches to put on the front stabilizers, easy on wheels with locking pins, easy connecting battery, remote start and of course, both the hoses I would need for the propane since this was a tri fuel. I did measure it, but the long hose seems to be 25 feet, that would be for a large ground propane tank and a smaller propane tank hose for a portable 25 up to 100 pounder. I was very impressed by the packaging of this generator. Very easy to set up , I put the oil in ,I programmed the remote start selected my fuel, choke on machine started right away. Hooked up a couple extension cords for my refrigerators and I was very happy. Very easy to move around with the big handle in front although this generator is a little heavy. Well it should be for 13,500 peak watt limit with a 500 CC engine. if I could say one negative thing I thought that maybe it was a little loud but overall this would definitely be a five star generator. Plug-ins 1-120/240V 50amp 1-120/240amp 30V and 4-120 V 20amp plug-ins. This was a very reasonably priced tri fuel generator. I would absolutely 100% recommend this generator.

Recently bought the WGen10500TFc generator. Great and simple to use. Comes with three fuel type selection. Easy to operate, especially with the remote control for start and off. Wheel assembly may need extra set of hands or have something sturdy to elevate the bottom of the generator, but once wheels are on, it's easy to move it around.

I purchased this generator as a stand by for when the power goes out. Wanted 50 amp so I could run Well Pump, Heat and a few Refrigerators and a Freezer without having to worry about an overload. A big plus is the THD was below 5 as many other units are way past that distortion in electric.. Tri fuel was a bonus as I was only trying to purchase a dual fuel. To my surprise, I was upgraded at No Charge!

I bought this generator with great expectation to run everything in my house including a 3.5 ton. central air conditioner and it DID NOT disappointment me. This generator is awesome. I ran everything including 5 refrigerators, 3 big freezers plus lights and 3 computers and two 1000 watts microwaves with no issues. And the most important is that I used Natural gas only. WOW!
