Bought this generator mainly for the NG option. Just delivered, setup and ran for the first time. The electric start is a really nice touch! We will break it in using gasoline and the oil that came with the kit, but intend to run NG and synthetic long term. Have not run it on NG yet, but just having all 3 fuel options is awesome!! Also, we chose to pay for shipping (even though it was available for free elsewhere online) The reason is, there are a lot of horror stories of shipping large items through unknown retailers and shippers. Ours was delivered with care, from a big box store, up our “off the beaten path” rough driveway and wheeled into our garage…..just my 2 cents

This generator is perfect for our household needs. Easy to assemble out of the box, plenty of power, has tri-fuel options, and even has a remote start (just a bonus.) My last generator died after last hurricane season, so now I'm feeling more prepared in case I need to use it.

We purchased this generator to give us peace of mind during hurricane season. We have this so we can run our A/C, refrigerator, a few small appliances and charge our phones. We had another generator that could not power those devices and we had to have the power cords run through the house (a tripping hazard). Hoping we do not need it too often but glad to have it. I love the fact it has a remote start and a push button start, so much easier than the pull cord. Also happy it has a co2 sensor that will shut off the generator if need be. My husband did assemble the parts that need to be in less that 15. Easy Peezy. It is a bit heavy but with the wheels I am able to pull it out of the garage to get it hooked up.

I literally just picked it up 2 days ago. I was worried that it may have damage once I opened the box, but after opening, it was in perfect condition. So far I've put it together, which was easy, ran it on gasoline, then propane, next I will be trying natural gas. I'm a plumbing contractor, so I've already got the line figured out. Tomorrow will be the day! Got to say after much research, I think I made the right choice. My friend has the 9500 watt Westinghouse, and after 2 years loves it. So I did my own search, including using AI, and this model was the first choice. Been 1 whole day playing with it, and I'm happy. One con would be, it's pretty loud. But that is to be expected in this type of generator. I would highly recommend this generator.

The generator was packaged efficiently and effectively. Mine came with a small gash on the exterior box, but because of their diligence the generator was unharmed. The quick start guide was easy to follow and I had everything assembled and test ran the generator in under 45 minutes. The remote and electric start is a great feature too.

Actually, this review is for the iGen11000DFc inverter generator. I received it the end of December, to replace an older Champion 7000W that we had. The generator arrived in perfect condition. After filling it with oil and gas, and connecting the battery, it initially wouldn't start on. The battery was low. A few hours on the charger and it fired up immediately. So if anyone has initial problems, start with charging the battery. Everything about this generator is quality. Its construction is fabulous, and operation flawless. It even has a high quality tool kit, including a 23 mm metric box end to put the wheels on with. I love this generator! It is quiet and powerful. I haven't tried it in a long outage yet, but I am looking forward to at least a 12 hour run time, so I won't have to get up in the middle of the night to refill it like I did with the Champion. If I want longer, I'll get an LP tank put in, to let me run to days. I highly recommend this generator to anyone. You will not regret the purchase.

Just purchased and installed the 10500TFc. Started up nice and easy with the start/stop on machine and with key fob. Great feature to have instead of having to pull the starter rope each time! Battery turn off switch is nice to have to save the battery life. My plan is to use this for backup power for the essential needs of our house. Two things I would say so far as a negative is it's difficult to fill the gasoline fuel tank with a portable gas can without spilling. Using an hand pumping or powered pump will work better than tipping the can and pouring. I will be using propane to power this generator as I have a 125 gallon tank that I use for my house. I also have to wheel my generator around on gravel and the plastic wheels make it harder to roll. Rubber tires for me would have been over.

We purchased this generator because we had a concern with our older generator. It was a pull start and my husband was having problems getting it started. This generator is electric start and multiple fuels can be used. We prefer propane and it can be stored a long time. It is well made and was easy to set up. We did have to figure out the power cord. I checked the product information and there were no directions about what to purchase. But we figured it out by looking at the power outlet on the generator. I think we will be very pleased.

This machine is well built and always ready to go. I love the fact that it comes with a trickle charger for the battery so it stays in to shape when I need it. The 50amp option is also great. I'm using it to back feed my house panel for those days when a storm blows through and knocks out my power. This thing can almost power my entire house electrical needs.
