Bought for backup power if and when needed! Went by user manual and started right up without any issues! Already did the break in period and absolutely no issues to date. Generator appears to be built well and has many features. After doing countless reviews, this generator had top rated reviews which sealed the deal for me.

This generator was complete, with a trickle charger, gas charging hose, and oil funnel. The operator's manual is the best I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of manuals). Just followed the directions and it started right up. I almost can't wait for a power outage. LOL

After reading through many reviews of many brands and levels we went with this unit. We are very pleased with our choice. This unit has the capacity to support our whole house either by direct plug in or drop cord use. We also purchased a 50 ft 50/50 cord for the fuse box. The unit came in way ahead of schedule and packaging was extra sufficient to protect the generator during shipment. My husband had ease with the assembly and startup was a breeze. There are plenty of sources on this generator to supply any connection we may need or want to use. As of yet , we are very happy with our investment whether it be for hurricane or daily summer storm outages here in Florida.

Generator was shipped in box and strapped to a pallet. Excellent condition! Unloaded and installed wheels, front two stands, and filled with oil. Hooked up to Natural Gas and cranked it up. It ran very rough for a few minutes after starting. I moved the fuel source to propane and it ran like a champ. I will make a call to Westinghouse for warrenty.

I bought this generator 2 months ago and I have already needed to use it to power my home. Living in southeast Texas, having a generator is a must. The Westinghouse 11500 tri-fuel offers the power I need to run my essentials during a power outage and the option to choose three types of fuel. A generator without fuel is useless, and being able to run it on gasoline, propane, or natural gas gives me peace of mind that I will have the fuel needed to run my generator during a power outage.

Item showed up in perfect condition. Easy assembly, filled it up with gas, took a couple attempts to start. Likely related to proper priming. Third time, started right up! Now starts first try every time. Powers all essentials to half of my 4200 sqft home. Secondary unit powers the other half.

Living in Florida during Hurricane season, I got tired of dealing with only being able to run my refrigerators and a couple fans and lights off of my little 2000 watt inverter generator. I live in a rural area so when my power is out, I have no running water either. This has enough output to run my well and everything essential inside. I haven't been without power long enough to attempt turning on my water heater (only cold showers) or stove (have a camping stove and gas grill), and I haven't attempted to run the well with both AC units and probably won't (run AC long enough to cool the house, flips breakers when or even we need water). A portable generator this size (11,500 watt) is a fraction of the cost of a built in and works nearly as well under most circumstances, as long as you don't mind manual load management.

Happy to have it, runs as expected. Haven't used it yet, but heard good things and grateful to have an energy source should my electricity go out during this hurricane season. Also, happy to have it for a friend or neighbor in need if I don't need it and they do.

Wanted a Tri-Fuel unit big enough to power my needed equipment during outages. The unit fired right up with a 20lb propane tank for the initial test run, was quieter than expected for a large generator, and the remote control is a great bonus. So far, I'm extremely happy with the purchase!

Excellent packaging. Clearly well built. Easy to follow instructions. Wheels and feet installed in minutes. With provided funnel it was very easy to fill it up with oil. Hook-up to LP tank was straight forward. It started on second push of the remote start button. Ran some power tools as a quick test. All worked as expected. Next step will be to test with it connected to 50 AMP house inlet after it is installed. So far extremely happy with my purchase.
