I purchased this generator to get ready for the upcoming hurricane season in Florida. I received the generator and upon opening the box I knew this is the generator that I needed-sturdy and easy to assemble. It fired right up after the prepping, tested on household units. Everything worked in order. Best choice I made.

The generator arrived much sooner than expected. I followed the quick start guide and everything worked like a charm. I have only used propane so far. Have a helper get it up on blocks for wheel and bottom leg install. I'll be using as a home backup generator. I plugged in my rv EMS and it recognized good voltage for each leg and 60hz. So far so good. Electric receptacle to be installed this weekend and we will put it to work and see how it does

Just got my new generator. got it running easily and plugged it in to my house and it ran everything for the 20 minutes I ran it. turned off fuel and let gen run till it ran out of gas. carb is clean and dry. will be an easy start next time I test it. 6 months from now.

Cant beat this one for the price. do a little home work and see that this is the largest single cylinder generator that emits clean power (for appliances) compared to competitors. I recently purchased the WGen11500TFC to upgrade from the previous WGen9500DF that i have owned for years! I love the option to run NG in the event that i can not find gas during a hurricane. Highly recommend this one

My wife works from home. We recently moved into our new modular home, and unfortunately, have had some difficulty finding and determining which power company had jurisdiction of our area. She was due back "in the office" on the following Monday, and we were still 2 weeks away from getting power to our house. I had been looking for a gen in the event of an outage and I wanted something that could sustain all components in our home and stopped on this product. The previous reviews were pretty optimistic as well as the price point, and couldn't have been more pleased! After getting it home, put the wheels on it before moving it off the truck, unless you're able to lift a solid engine block by yourself, you're going to need another set of hands. I purchased a 30A cable and used propane to get it started, running the cord through the window. Even though gas apparently has a bit more kick for wattage, the price point can/will be higher at current prices. We did discover 1 30gal propane tank runs approx. 7.5-8 hrs. If I can offer 1 piece of advice in this review, CHEAT AND READ YOUR INSTRUCTIONS!!! The information is priceless, and the product was perfect right out of the box!!! Follow the maintenance plan for the break in period and the 1st oil change, and you should be fine. Needless to say, we were able to get my wife's office ready for Monday morning. Which was able to run 2 monitors, lg pc, printer, office equipment, etc.,the stove (she was excited to have power after glamping for 3+ weeks and had to try it). We didn't have a chance to run everything yet, but what was used, the gen was able to handle with ease. I would definitely recommend this product for it's "plug n play" performance.

I bought this machine after a snow storm and we didn't have power for a couple days. I hooked it up to my camper to day to test it out and it runs every great without evenings struggling the machine would bog down for a second then just to back to basically idling while running the whole camper. I hope to get years of use from this machine.

I got this generator as a gift from the company I retired from. It's absolutely fantastic! Came with all the accessories that I needed and a toolkit to hook everything up. The contractor I hired to install the electrical plug on my house was impressed with it as well. He kept telling me it's the only brand of generator he would trust. Well shortly after we had a power failure in our area and we cranked this up. It worked perfectly and without issue. Ran pretty much the whole house without failure. It came packaged securely and had a few parts to attach, such as the wheels, but still no complaints as everything was easy to do. I'm glad I went with this size and have no regrets. I would 100% recommend this generator.

I bought this after having Texas power grid failures averaging 2 times a year for several years. I did a ton of research and found that I had a 5 ton AC that would take a large output generator to power it. I wanted a generator that would power my entire home, run on Natural Gas, and not break the bank. This thing has so many great features. Remote start, CO2 leak detector, manual start for back up, etc. I haven't had to use it in a real life power outage, but the peace of mind it gives me is priceless.

Bought it late last year. Just assembled and started up. Worked except Page 25 illustration shows the choke as "A - Choke (on/warm start)" and "B - Choke (off/cold start)", as well as "...on/warm" in an instruction below. That all appear to be incorrect. Luckily other step-by-step instructions show "on/cold" and "off/warm". It would be confusing/wrong for those that don't know the purpose of the choke.

This generator always worked well on gasoline but I got it so I could use propane. At first I could not get it to start on propane. Nor could I get it to switch from running on gas to propane. After a lot of messing with it, my helper noticed that the rubber output line behind the switch was not connected. The clamp was completely off the connector. He connected the line and tightened the clamp, and it works like a champ now with propane.
