I purchased this generator because of the tri-fuel feature and power level. I live in Florida and need it for power support after hurricanes. I like the idea of using propane instead of gas because of the problems with keeping the gas fresh. I also like being able to use gas if needed. The electric start feature makes starting the generator a snap. It also works great.

Third Westinghouse generator i've purchased and very happy with all. I upgraded my first and just bought the Tri fuel since I moved to a house with natural gas. Very easy to unbox and assemble! Ran it for 30 minutes today just to give it its first go and was not disappointed!

I bought this generator recently and I am very happy with the purchase. The packing and documentation were very good. Upon unboxing, the generator looks sturdy and quality built. I like the versatility of it being 3-fuel. With the 50-amp, 240-volt outlet, and proper set-up, it will power all essential appliances in my house during power outages, including my air conditioner. I expect that it will last for years of service.

Bought this unit because of 3 factors, low THD level, tri-fuel ability and KW capacity at the lowest kw fuel choice (NG=9KW). Really a great unit, started up and ran great on NG right out of the box. I enhanced the unit with: 3/4”NG hose at my meter and piped down to 1/2” quick connect at generator quick link fitting. swapped out spark plug to a NGKBPR6E and lubed the top of the cylinder with a couple of drops of Lucus treatment prior to break in. Broke in an hour, unburdened with load then changed the oil. Ran the second hour with 4200kw load and then changed the oil again. I'm all ready for a power out situation with this beast. It measured 90 deceb at source then 70 deceb about 15' away. Dropped down to 45deceb inside my house. This is your best solution, if you can get one: THD below 5% so no harm to any electronics(central heater compute board, water heater, TVs, well pump, sewer grinder, etc). I needed at least 8500 watts to run my well pump, sewer grinder, gas heater, gas water heater, gas stove top, tvs, modem & router, LED lights while using natural gas as a fuel source - this unit does it awe don't have a lot of power outages but I'm prepping for the impending surprise power outage strike.

I bought this as an upgrade to my Wgen9500c, which is also a great generator. I wanted something with a better THD. According to the Westinghouse website, the THD for the 11500 watt unit is </= 5%. I didn't have equipment to verify the percentage, but when my AC unit and well pump start the generator doesn't surge like the 9500 watt unit. It also powers lights, refrigerators and other 120V items as well as stove, cooktop, water heaters and microwave with selective usage. I have only had this a short time, but my last Westinghouse unit was great. I feel confident that this unit will be great as well.

This is my third generator and it really shines for both a stand by home unit and as a work generator for job-site tool use. I love multi-fuel capabilities and the auto start/remote start feature. My other two are gas only with recoil start and this new "Westy" is gonna spoil me!

I have researched generators for about 6 months now to replace my Honda Black Max that I have had for 15 years which still worked by the way. This unit has exceeded my expectations by far so far with quality of build, ease of use, multiple fuel sources, and looks. We love the electric start function with the key fob. Right out of the box with some gasoline the unit stated right up. Can't wait to see what all this unit will do.

Just received my Generator and very impressed with the quality of the unit. I have not run the unit as of yet but just at the craftsmanship of this unit it should run like a dream. I'm amazed how back up Generators have come. No doubt Westinghouse is a leader after researching for lest a year they are the best. That's why I bought theirs.

I recently purchased this generator and am so happy that I did. Hurricane Beryl came calling and the power was out for 4 days. I used the generator during that time and it performed flawlessly. Ran it on natural gas and fed my breaker box. I was able to power the entire house (1900 sf) - including AC. This generator is impressive.

I purchased this item to supply power for my home. I love that it has all 3 fuel options - only plan on using NG but nice to know the other options are available. The kit literally came with everything I need to get up and running. I am very happy about the THD of 5% as well. This generator can do it all.
