Received the generator in the morning. Putting it together was straight forward, as far as the wheels and feet. All the tools needed were included, including the funnel. After all items were done, according to the manual, we added gasoline, turned on the fuel switch, set the choke and cranked it up using the push button start. The generator started right up. I let if run for a bit, and did not have any issues. The only thing I could find, was that the remote starter key fob was scratched up pretty good. That really didn't bother me. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. Another nice addition was that I had a free upgrade. Instead of the dual fuel version, I got the Tri-fuel version. There was a sticker on the box and on the paperwork about the free upgrade.

We just purchased this generator in preparation of the winter cold weather in South TX once the power grid is over burdened. Assembly was straight forward, although this unit is very heavy, so a 2nd hand and leverage stand is recommended. All accessories are included, including oil, remote start and both hoses for LP & NG! Next up, to fire it up!

Just assembled and ready to roll it out for its break-in. Assembly was reasonably easy for 1 man, but. 2nd would've been better. Instructions weren't clear on which holes to mount the feet (2 sets of holes) so I chose the outer set (best guess based on looking at pics). Very happy with how easy it is to roll around, considering it's 230 lbs. all in all, I'm excited to try this monster out and *almost* hope for a hurricane so I have an excuse to use it ;)

At first glance, I was wondering if this was going to run the house during an outage, and to my surprise, I was able to test all the main circuits, fridge, freezer, and AC unit and not a single issue whatsoever. Solid performance running on NG. I have a 5 GAL gas for backup if needed. Excellent generator, and great option to whole home installed models.

Bought this unit for my mother. With the remote start and Natural Gas setup she can use it with out a push of a button. I set it up for her and leave it. When the power goes off she uses the remote start and done. Absolutely great unit and very powerful.

This generator has great features like dual fuel, remote start, and several output plug options! Honda/predator makes the motors for these, so it runs smooth and quiet! I'm not sure where these are made, but it's great that the instructions are clear and easy to use!!

I wanted a Westinghouse b/c they use a Honda motor and rate well. I chose the Tri-Fuel model for the natural gas option...Upon testing, it runs my whole 3100 sq. ft. house with 2-3 ton AC units... For this to work without issues, my electrician did have to add "hard start kits" to my AC units to regulate the power fluctuation when the ACs kick on/off. Love it!

After going through several multiday power outages, we were done with being at the mercy of the electrical grid. We do have a small scale portable solar setup, but it just was only enough to keep some lights on and some phones charged. This generator works great on natural gas with a 30 foot gas hose. Just buy it if you're on the fence. You won't regret it when the power goes out again.
