Bought this a month ago, and it works as expected. Only note is the thing is heavy. Packaging is a concern as you'll see in some other reviews. I had it delivered to the store so I could see it before leaving with it as there are stories of some pretty harsh damages to the generator.

I purchased a Westinghouse portable generator about 2 months ago after reading wonderful reviews. The generator I received was tri fuel, which I had ordered, and it did not work with natural gas. Westinghouse told me to try a different spark plug which was ludicrous. They then wanted me to take this 250 lb generator which was supposed to be brand new and bring it to a service center 20 mi away to have them repair it. I purchased a brand new generator and this solution was unacceptable. Fortunately, the retailer that I purchased it from stood up for me and after weeks finally got Westinghouse to agree to send me a new unit. The new unit appears to be functioning just great. Westinghouse policies on new units are abominable. I will never deal with this company again even though this generator is supposed to be one of the best.

We've run this generator for about six hours so far on and off using gasoline as fuel. It powers up immediately with no problems. We also installed a transfer switch and the generator ran two freezers, one large refrig/freezer, an ice machine, a well pump and assorted outlets without a hiccup.

We bought this generator to replace an older generator of a different brand that my wife couldn't crank. I work out of state we live in Florida and are prone to power outages from storms. This generator gives us the security and peace of mind, knowing that she has power, no matter what! We love it just buy it!

luckily I haven't had to use this generator yet, but it was easy to assemble and came with nice hoses for running on propane and natural gas .I especially like the owner's manual which describes how to break in and maintain the generator for years service.

I bought this about a month ago and I am very pleased with how it operates. It runs perfectly and is able to power my whole house. This is the second one I bought, I would recommend! But I left a review for the other generator, and after two months I am still waiting for the cover so beware. Other than that both generators are excellent.

I bought this a month ago after Beryl hit our hometown hard. Shipping took 22 days but I received it and set it up this weekend. The instructions are simple to follow and the start up process was easy. I haven't had a chance to run it after an outage, but I will update my review if I have any future issues. In Texas you never know when you will need it.

Unfortunately this generator did not arrive until after Hurricane Milton so i can't speak to how well it will perform long term but, we have hooked up to our home and it ran everything perfectly. This model has multiple fuel options which is great because you can use alternative fuel if there's a gasoline shortage. Hopefully we don't have to go thru another major hurricane anytime soon but if/when we do, i feel confident this generator will do the job.

After the last power outage my wife and I decided to stop renting and get set for the next time we needed a power source. Both gas and experts we discussed the problem of what size we'd need recommended the Tri-fuel by Westinghouse. My wife and I found it easy to follow the instructions and put it together and the testing we've been done we see our electrical power just as strong as it is from our commercial supplier. We are very pleased and although we hope we don't have catastrophe's that interrupt our electrical power supply, we are all set should they occur. Maintaining an extra tank of propane and a few gallons of gasoline will be our backup since we'll use natural gas whenever possible. But whichever fuel is needed we have a different level of confidence thanks to the purchase of the Westinghouse 10,500 TFc.
