"A" Plus Company

I bought this generator 9 days age and so far it worked perfectly. About 2 months ago I also purchased a Westinghouse pressure washer and both of them have performed excellently. My overall assessment of Westinghouse electric products is, that they make top quality products and have a great support service. Another plus, My new generator came 3 days earlier then originally scheduled.

Well built

You can tell it was well built and thought out, right out of box Well written instructions (manual and such) However, I needed to call hotline to find out something that should have been listed in manual...the inlet size of LP connection, so that I can get a needed fitting/adapter, currently on hold for past 30m to find out a detail that should be listed/printed somewhere in the paperwork Also, it should list the length of hose and quick connect size Starting it up soon

Great Features and Easy to Use

I just bought my new Westinghouse generator and I know it will come in hand. After several hurricanes and a major freeze I decided I would not leave my family without power for days on end. It is such a comfortable feeling to know that my family will be comfortable when we lose power again. This new generation is a true blessing!

Very nice generator

We are thrilled to have this workhorse of a generator. The unit came packaged well. I was concerned because the pallet was broken. There was no damage to the unit. Not even a scratch or dent. It was in perfect condition. We love the tri-fuel aspect. We live in a hurricane area and we are tired of power outages. We we were without power for a week from the last hurricane. We have made arrangements to have it connected to our natural gas system so we will always have fuel. We believe this to be a great unit!

Good generator!

First Westinghouse Generator I have bought and I am very happy with it. Quieter than previous one. Fuel use is very good. We live off-grid and this item is a crucial part of our lifestyle. Reliability is a must for medical reasons. Happy with purchase!

Great looking generator!!

I just unpacked this generator - it looks amazing - I'm reading through the owners documents / manual so I can understand what I need to do before I test it. I can't wait to hook it up and test it. I'm excited about the fact that it has the ability to run on gas - propane - natural gas.

Exactly what we needed

We bought this generator after 3 power outages in a month at our house. This is one of those adult purchases you dread to make but necessary. We've since been so thankful for that piece of mind knowing we'll be covered. Lo and behold we lost power again and it worked like a charm! Easy to use! We upgraded in size just to have the assurance we could run everything we need to run. It's tri-fuel but we only plan on using gasoline for now. Thankful to have other options if needed though! It's easy to move and looks clean. No complaints here! Definitely reccomend.

Big Power, Big Quality

Just purchased this generator, as many others have, as a result of the past couple hurricanes that came through the southeast US. We wanted to be prepared for the next one and this checked the boxes for power output and being able to handle various fuel sources. Haven't used anything but gas yet, but fired it up after going through the simple quick start guide and just plugged a couple tools in to try it out and put some load on it. Worked just as it should. Look forward to finding uses for this big boy aside from needing it in the event of a storm.

WGen10500TFc

I bought this unit a couple of weeks ago and am excited to find one large enough to handle my 2000 sq ft home. It started right up on the first try with the remote start using regular gas and propane. I'm waiting on a quick connect to try the natural gas. I feel very confident this will handle the next power outage with ease.

Ready for Hurricane Season

During hurricane Milton, my neighbor's enjoyed a comfortable home (powered by a Westinghouse generator) while the community was without power for a week. I vowed to have an adequate generator by the 2025 hurricane season. After much research, I settled on the Westinghouse model WGen11500TFc for several reasons including the tri-fuel capability. Other considerations were low noise (when compared with other products), remote start, CO sensor and robust construction. This beast is made to endure the elements. Rich features and observation of a Westinghouse easily brought into service during an emergency condition made my decision easy. The 11500 is rated just a few watts under standard 50amp cable spec (12500 watts) which eases my concern about excessive loading and cable heating; a consideration for a whole house generator. My only misgiving was that of a pressurized engine lubrication system and canister oil filter. After purchase, I learned the 11500 does have a pressurized system and a screen filter. I'm happy!
