Just purchased. Very easy set up with provided guide. All tools needed to assemble was included. Remote key fob a plus ! Generator started right up, first try. Wife is very happy now seeing this unit all ready to go......Already recommended to a friend.......

Bought this Wgen10500TFc generator in July. It's a tri fuel model. It worked perfect both on propane and the new natural gas line I ran to the patio. It powered the two window unit air conditioner units for my test for over 5 hours to do the break in on natural gas. Instructions were simple and it was easy to setup and get operational. I would definitely recommend this unit.

I purchased this generator on June 28th, 2024. Hurricane Beryl landed on July 8, 2024. We lost power for a week. We simply plugged in the generator to our 50 amp plug to the House and connected it to our natural gas connection. The generator ran Flawlessly. I could not be happier with our purchases.

Bought my new Westinghouse Generator in early June and a few weeks later had the opportunity to put it to the test. Power failure due to afternoon Florida thunderstorm. Lost power and was glad I had the generator. Used the remote, unit came to life and provided the emergency power I needed. Unit was quiet and performed excellently!

Really incredible unit overall. More than capable to power most homes and I swear this thing starts easier than most vehicles (remote start, push start, etc.). Multiple fuel sources are great and operated great with my testing. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone.

Generator seems to be well built. Decided to try gasoline fuel to start. Tri fuel btw... Fired up in one...According to the manual there's a break in period.....The engine isn't as noisy as other Generators in ithe same size category...Overall good buy...

After hurricane barrel, I have been researching videos on YouTube about this wonderful generator. I picked on this one because I think it will run most of the house and a couple of ACs. This generator seems to be the best bang for your buck on natural gas out of all the generators I've researched. I'm breaking it in so when the time comes to give it full blast, she will be ready to go.

From late delivery, to bad natural gas hose, to no guidance on parts needed to attach to natural gas line, to it won't start first try... I'm exhausted! This thing would be going right back if it hadn't taken so long to just get to try it for the first time!

I made the switch from a traditional gas only generator (Dewalt portable gen) after fighting with it for years to get it to start at those critical power outage moments. The new unit came looking very clean and overall was extremely easy to setup and run. I've only run this generator so far on natural gas, but I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I bought this a few days ago and am tickled pink with the ease of use and how quickly I received the product. It is built stout and rugged but easy enough to move and looks like a million bucks. I love all the features with this machine and it was easy to put the wheels and front pads on. Filled with the oil that was sent and gassed it up and used the key fob to start it up and away it went. Runs like a charm and I very pleased with the results. Steady output of 240 volts. Love the remote start. I'm breaking it in and letting it run for 5 hours. I'm so happy with it and know the next time I'm down for 25 hours I will be able to function whether cold or hot weather is here.
