I love the features of this generator! Especially, the options of remote start and the tri-fuel option. It's also easy to maneuver. Westinghouse is the brand recommended by most Installers! I heard nothing but good things about this generator and I must agree with the reviews.

I bought this generator last month after my last genny died. After many years of service with my old one, i wanted more power and features. I didn't know what i was missing. Love the tri-fuel option, battery start, huge amount of power and remarkably clear instructions. Can't wait to fire it up today! Will update if anything other than delighted.

Just ran my new Westinghouse WGen9500FTc 12500 Peak using natural gas and am well pleased with the features, the fit and finish and the engine's ability to respond to a substantial electrical load. I have every reason to believe that this generator will be capable of fulfilling my every expectation in a portable generator. The tri-fuel ability is a tremendous advantage.

This generator now has 5 hours of operating time during a recent storm which brought down many trees. I have installed a magnetic oil dipstick and oil drain plug especially to collect the fine particles generated during the break-in period. This generator is being used to power essential loads in a single wide mobile home. It is heavy, but that is not a negative since the unit appears to be well built.

Brand new out the box. Set up easy,charged the battery. Started on second try,ran about 7 minutes shut down,started it again runs for about seven to ten minutes shuts down. Runs three minutes on Propane shuts down.. Called customer care got a case number,called all week. Have not heard from anybody as of yet.

Purchased this in late June and operated the unit during Hurricane Beryl in Texas during the power outage. Blessed to have had this during the storm to enable use of my refrigerators, freezers, lights, and air conditioning systems. In this heat, we were glad to have had the Westinghouse portable generator which has been easy to operate and reliable. Look forward to continue using this great generator in the future as needed. I bought this in Florida to prepare for the hurricane season and I had no issues with it running. I love the fact that it gives me the option to use propane and gas since there are times that gas is hard to find during hurricanes so it gives me additional peace of mind! Hopefully I don't need to use it but if I do, I'm happy with my choice of generator!

I bought this generator right before Hurricane Helene hit. We were out of power for two weeks and thanks to this generator we didn't have to worry one bit. It ran without any hiccups and kept everything that we needed on. I would definitely say this is a great purchase.

My sister-in-law had a brand new one sitting around just waiting for the next natural disaster. We used this for over a week straight during Hurricane Beryl. Absolutely zero issues. Only needing to add fuel and routinely check and top-off the motor oil. I was so impressed I had to get one for myself. With the supplied connection hoses setup is a breeze. I would recommend a Westinghouse to anyone in the market for a home backup power supply.

We decided to buy a generator after being in Houston for the last 10 years and having our power go out at least once per year due to various reasons (mainly storms). This was the best decision! We love the tri-fuel capability and bought a capacity large enough to power our AC! It is very easy to hookup and use. Portability was a must and this checks that box!!
