I bought this generator because of the tri-fuel option and the outstanding reviews it has received. We wanted one that could hook-up to our newly installed natural gas line. This one, also, included a 15 connector hose. This generator starts easily and is quieter than we expected. We haven't had an outage to try it on yet, but so far it looks and runs great.

There are two reasons I'm giving this review a four only at this time. One I have not ran the generator yet I just took it out and assembled the unit. Two in the assembly process when trying to put the pin into the wheel and then into the welded part on frame the hole was too small. I had to get a drill bit and bore out the hole on the welded part. Was not a big deal but it was lucky I had a large enough drill bit to do the job. Otherwise the unit looks very heavy duty and solid, I hope it runs well and holds up during hurricane season. I will put a yes so far as recommended to buy just because of the way it's built and pricing.

I decided to purchase this generator after enduring 9 days without power following hurricane Helene. The versatility of using 3 different fuels was the selling point for me. I plan to connect it to an existing natural gas line to provide uninterupted fuel supply. The build quality of this gereator seems to be exceptional and of hig quality. There are more than enough connectivity options that should meet every need of the average household. I expect this generator to provide many years of peace of mind and reliable service.

It is always unfortunate that a person has to give a review when you register it which is usually the day you get the product. So far everything is perfect, the generator started right up with no issues and had great voltage. Only time will really tell how good it is but I have NO reason to think anything but good right now.

Bought this unit because of 3 factors, low THD level, tri-fuel ability and KW capacity at the lowest kw fuel choice (NG=9KW). Really a great unit, started up and ran great on NG right out of the box. I enhanced the unit with: 3/4”NG hose at my meter and piped down to 1/2” quick connect at generator quick link fitting. swapped out spark plug to a NGKBPR6E and lubed the top of the cylinder with a couple of drops of Lucus treatment prior to break in. Broke in an hour, unburdened with load then changed the oil. Ran the second hour with 4200kw load and then changed the oil again. I'm all ready for a power out situation with this beast. It measured 90 deceb at source then 70 deceb about 15' away. Dropped down to 45deceb inside my house. This is your best solution, if you can get one: THD below 5% so no harm to any electronics(central heater compute board, water heater, TVs, well pump, sewer grinder, etc). I needed at least 8500 watts to run my well pump, sewer grinder, gas heater, gas water heater, gas stove top, tvs, modem & router, LED lights while using natural gas as a fuel source - this unit does it awe don't have a lot of power outages but I'm prepping for the impending surprise power outage strike.

Bought my WGen10500TFC the later part of May as an emergency whole-home generator. I absolutely love it. It was easy to install. I truly appreciate the ability to use multiple fuel sources, gas, propane and natural gas. Another awesome feature is the three options to start the generator; remote start, psh-button start and pull start. Additionally, there are the multiple output options and ease of use. I am extremely excited about continually using this product during emergency power outage situation to supply power to my home. Great product!

I bought this because of recommendation from an electrician in my neighborhood. It is a very affordable option opposed to the permanently installed whole home generators. I haven't had to run it yet but I'm sure I'll get the chance next hurricane season.

Terrific generator that works as advertised! Easy to attach wheels and feet with included tools. We had an electrician install a transfer switch and after adding the included oil to the engine, I hooked it up to the LP tank from my grill, just to test it! It fired right up and works great!

Recently purchased to use as an emergency generator to power the well pump, boiler, 3 refridgerators/freezer and various other electrical things in the event of a power outage. Great features and not too bad to move around (once the wheels are on haha!). Has a remote start, very simple operation. I plan to build a pad and an enclosure for it. Much more affordable that some of the other brands. I was recommended this brand by several electricians who install transfer switches regularly.

I purchased this product to use for back up power and for its less than 5% THD rating By Westinghouse. I was blown away by how powerful this unit is. It is able to power my entire house and appears to be nowhere close to its capacity. The tri fuel capability was also a big selling point. I plan to have a natural gas hook up, installed to the house to if it is ever needed. If the power goes out, I'm sure the gas pumps will not be working either. Westinghouse did a great job with the design and features of this unit, I did quite a bit of research. It is difficult to find a generator with this much power and a rating of less than 5% harmonic distortion at such a good price point. Very Impressive.
