Can only give 3 stars, since just received it last week. Hopefully stator last longer than the one on WGEN 12000DF. Westinghouse said sorry charlie, go find your own aftermarket stator.

I just purchased this generator. It was easy to assemble and easy to use! I like the remote - it started right up. That fact that I am able to use 3 different fuel types is a plus! Electric start is the way to go!

Westinghouse house is $50 more and you get more watts on nat gas. This comes with propane hose and nat gas hose. Quality parts & 3 year warranty. I am running of 50amp cord.

I just unpacked this generator - it looks amazing - I'm reading through the owners documents / manual so I can understand what I need to do before I test it. I can't wait to hook it up and test it. I'm excited about the fact that it has the ability to run on gas - propane - natural gas.

I just purchased this generator to go with a whole house transfer switch and interlock kit to be prepared for future power outages during situations like hurricanes and other situations where power is not guarantied. My electrician told me this generator will easily cover my home power needs in the event I lose power again.

We purchased this generator for a new "quick" hookup that we installed in our panel for loss of power. After going through these past 2 hurricanes and loosing power, we couldn't be happier that we made this purchase. The unit is easy to operate. 3 way's of starting. The only issue I had was trying to "sync" the remote start.(probably something I did incorrectly).

I bought this for hurricane season. Especially like the tri-fuel capability. I have natural gas, so no standing in line for gasoline after a storm. The power output will power my whole home. Attaching wheels and feet were simple with included wrenches.

We haven't had to actually use it yet but we did set it up for natural gas and ran thru the process which was very easy to understand. It ran our entire 1800 sq ft house including the air conditioner. We had a professional electrician install a main breaker and a 50amp outlet outside. We also had a a gas professional install connections outside. The product seems sturdy and well built. It is loud as all generators are. We still have not broke it in yet. Overall, we are happy with this purchase.

I haven't powered this up yet but super excited. I wish the hose came with quick disconnect at both ends. I do not see myself using the remote start and would rather have Westinghouse design it without the remote start. I have heard good things from people with the same generator. Another recommendation for Westinghouse is to update the compatibility information of the accessories like covers etc to include this new model. It will also be nice if they shared part number for third party parts like the spark plug.
