THIS IS THE SECOND WESTINGHOUSE GENERATOR WE BOUGHT - THE FIRST ONE 10 OR SO YEARS AGO AND WE STILL USE IT(IF NEEDED) IN A VACATION HOUSE - SO A HAPPY PREVIOUS CUSTOMER (ME) HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE BUT HAVE NOT YET USED IT AS IT WAS JUST DELIVERED YESTERDAY - I JUST PUT THE WHEELS ON IT BUT HAVE NOT INSTALLED THE OIL YET OR STARTED IT - IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL WITH UPDATED ITEMS - AGAIN A HAPPY CUSTOMER - THANKS FROM JERRY!

Difficult to move at first, however once the wheels are on... easy, peasy. I've run this now on both propane and natural gas. What a difference! No more running to the station to fill up the multiple fuel cans. No more worrying about gasoline going bad. No more transferring fuel from cans to cars at the end of the season. Hooray! Running the generator for a short time each month will be so much easier with the propane connection. Then, during a power outage, natural gas will be constant (fingers crossed). I love the start and stop button. No more pulling the cord. I upgraded from a 5500 gasoline only to this beautiful 11500. I've connected the unit to the transfer switch and tested the complete setup process. It could not be any easier. We can now run the essential lights/receptacles around the house. We will have internet, TV and radio. I can even run the 3.5 ton AC (w/soft start) unit without issue. We are ready for the next power outage.

Such a beast of a machine! We just set up a home generator unit with a switch panel, and this unit has so much power. We are running almost our entire house off of it and could do more if we had more space in our panel (lol). 16 breakers all set up and ready to go. Started on the first try. Durable and quality build. Will recommend!

Just bought this so I haven't used it yet but it looks very solid. They need to look into shipping it with the wheels and feet attached. I'm a 70 year-old woman. I had to raise it using bricks and boards to create a fulcrum but I got it done.

My brother has the same generator and it has worked great for him. My brand new generator will not start with NG as the fuel source. Trying to get support for that issue.

Just bought this generator, it was easy to assemble, instruction manual was good. Powered it on and it worked fine. I have it connected to NG and unlike my other generator this one is smooth. The control panel is a great addition. So far very happy
