Just received the WGen11500TFc. Easy to unbox, feels sturdy and wheels make it easy to maneuver. Have not started the product yet, but hopeful for great results.

I have only had the generator for one day. I'm just starting the break in period and ran it for 1hour under a 30% load for 1hour. And now changing the oil. So far I'm happy with my purchase

Just purchased this to prepare for winter months. Haven't had to use it yet, but very impressed how well this is made, especially that the gas tank is metal. Has all the features I need to run my whole house.

Received the item timely. Quality is good and easy assembly and set up. Oil came with it as well. Several outlets. Look forward to having it available when we lose power

This just arrived and I have yet to put it to the test in a power outage. Unpack and set-up were simple and easy. It is quite heavy, but once the wheels are in place, fairly easy to maneuver. I'm planning to run it on natural gas but have not confirmed the supply hose requirements. I'm hoping the Westinghouse web site will guide me to a correct NG supply hose. I used the included propane regulator to fire it up and test some light loads. It started right up.

Has all the features, flexibility and power capabilities I was looking for in a portable generator at a very reasonable price. Tri-fuel and enough kW's to run everything I need in an outage. Looking forward to staying warm next winter if the power goes out.

i bought this generator to power my house during power outages. I have natural gas with gas heat and gas water heater, so this generator should power my house with no issue at all. Unboxing was difficult for one person, but doable. Once you have the wheels installed, it is easy for 1 person to move around.

I've now had this 11500TFc generator since January and so far I've had no issues with the unit. I have yet to experience a power outage so I've only been using it sporadically to run small things around my property so I will update once I have run it through the paces.

We're just getting it set up, but so far the pieces fit (except that the S/N is at the opposite end of the machine from what is in the instructions), and once you get the wheels on, the 800# machine seems reasonably portable from its storage place in our garage to the connection outlet at the side of our house. The power company is really good about keeping outages to a minimum in the Twin Cities, but it seems smart to invest in some insurance.

Bought after power loss for a week in the winter, installed direct to panel power, everything works, remote start is convenient. Weird smell upon first start up, assuming it's from the fresh paint reacting with the heat of operation. Haven't used it yet.
