I just purchased this product and have not used it yet. Therefore I cannot really comment on the quality, durability, safety, or effectiveness of the product. Generally you submit product registration immediately after purchasing a product. This product registration offered a "bonus item" of a storage cover however it required submitted a review to receive the item. Doesn't make much sense does it? Here I am though. What I can say is that the product arrived in a timely manner. It is clean and was easy to set up. I am missing the key fob mentioned in the documentation. I have heard good things about the brand so I look forward to its first use when using a generator is necessary. The documentation suggested a break-in period of several hours so maybe I will do that tomorrow. The frontend software engineers to this website should also fix the form validation on this product review modal. There are issues. Westinghouse can hire me if they like to fix it. Next time just provide the cover without requiring a review.

Bought for Helene, this generator powered my well pump, water heater, furnace or air conditioner, tv and all my light... heck even did laundry! I run mine on natural gas and found it easy to install and run the generator on it. By this generator you will be so happy

Bought it in June preparing for Hurricane Season and needed to fire it up sooner than expected. Easy set up, had it tied into our electrical panel by electrician and was able to run our entire home, including AC for 5 days. We used the gas feature and used between 11-12 gallons / 24 hours. Highly recommend. Maintenance was easy, changing oil, checking oil took no time at all. Highly Recommend.

After purchasing unit had to store it in a warehouse.. Happy now to bring it home. Love the trifuel features. Makes unit very versatile..like the push button start plus also has a fob to start the unit. That should make it a convenient for different startup features. This unit should be large enough to operate the whole house when there's a power failure..can't wait to put it to use..tks for building a portable power workhorse.....

IMO, this is the best portable generator in the market. Good size/capacity, tri-fuel option, and most importantly , rated at =<5%THD. It has enough to power my 4K sq ft house. Tested and it worked at first attempt. Plan is to use natural gas in the event of best hurricane.

Once I read the reviews on this beast, I knew I wouldn't regret it and bought it that day! My new friend comes with all the features I've been looking for. Living in a town where the power company is not having a good decade will be much less worrisome now that we own this generator.

This is my second Westinghouse generator. We had to go bigger. Just like the first one, right out of the box it was a dream to set up, started on the first try, and has all of the features that we need. The original still works great after 5 years too!

I bought this a month ago after a bad storm left us without power for a few days. My initial plan was just to save my food and power a few lights. After a little research and crunching some numbers, I realized this product would run my house. I added the inlet and lockout kit to my house and let her rip. this machine is a Beast. I did the break in and put small loads on it. After a good break in I turned the AC back on, and when it came on this thing barely hickuped. It runs very smooth with almost no vibration. The unit runs pretty quiet, not inverter quiet, but quiet enough that the neighbors probably won't be bothered. It's very well put together and looks nice and clean. I've tested all outlets and functions, and everything works great. Great product.

I owned a WGen9500DF (which was great) but wanted my new WGen10500TFc generator for the added power, quick connects, larger gas tank, and ability to use natural gas from a home receptacle while maintaining the same 8,500W output power I had with the previous 9500DF running on propane. My new WGen10500TFc generator is a BEAST and I LOVE IT. The tri-fuel powerhouse gives me options during power outages. I will primarily run it on LP gas but as needed I can used gas and propane making it portable. The generator effortlessly powers everything in my large 3,000 sq. ft. home and I love the remote start so I don't have to be near to the noise when starting it. It will run for up to 19 hours at 25% load, which provides peace of mind that I can rely on it for extended periods without refueling but by connecting it to LP gas, I can run it as long as needed! The WGen10500TFc is heavy but surprisingly portable, equipped with heavy-duty wheels and a lift bracket that make it easy to transport. The built-in fuel gauge, CO sensor, and automatic low oil shutdown features are also game changers. Operating noise is at the same 74 dB level as my older 9500DF so it really doesn't bother us. Highly recommend this generator.

So far I'm very impressed with the quality of the product. I was slightly disappointed with the shipping box quality because the box was punctured in a few places. However, Westinghouse did a good job of protecting the main internal components. I have not used the generator yet, which is why I give it only 3 stars so far. I plan to boot it up today and test it out!
