I upgraded to this generator for the <5% THD and it has worked great with my sinewave battery backups. I would recommend this to anyone. Worked great during Hurricane Beryl.

I bought this brand new . It is supposed to work with gasoline, propane and natural gas. I am so disappointed- it will not start using gasoline. It will start using propane. I need to return this .

I just got the generator and it was very easy to start. I used natural gas and it started right away. The noise level is not bad and even when I connected my portable AC, fridge and a large freezer the noise level remained the same. This is going to save my sanity this coming storm season.

This is my first generator I've ever owned after ultimately deciding it was time due to the extreme weather events in Texas. I appreciated that everything you need initially is ready to go within the box except one crucial item. I had assumed the natural gas feed line would connect to a standard 1/2" close pipe thread but realized it needed a flare thread after fussing with it for a while. I didn't see this specification anywhere in the manual or literature, but perhaps I just missed it. After a quick trip to the hardware store for an adapter, I was up and running. This unit is loud but was very simple to get set up and running.
