Finished assembling and decided to wash my car to see how it worked. All worked fine before I pressure wash the siding on my house. Note: the assembly instructions indicated one 10mm wrench was all that was required. Not true, an Allen key and another size wrench was needed. The assembly wasn’t bad or that hard, pretty typical… written by foreigners and not mechanic.

I just bought this and it arrived quickly 4 days earlier than expected. Assembly was easy and fast. Directions were clear for both assembly and use. Started with washing two vehicles which did a good job. A bit of a learning curve as I had not washed vehicles with a pressure washer before but quickly caught on. Next moved to cleaning large area rugs. Very fast and they looked like new when done. Moved to next project of removing green build up from wooden siding, gutters and external ac unit which was when fast. Would highly recommend for any of these uses. Soon I will be moving on to finishing pressure washing of house exterior, windows, patio furniture, decks and garage floor. If it works as well as it has should be great!

After buying and returning several electric pressure washers for their poor quality, I decided to give the Westinghouse 2700 gasoline a chance, and really when I put it to the test I noticed that it was an excellent product for its price, I think it was the best decision made.

I purchased this washer last November and have not been able to use it due to the bad weather in our area. Waiting for Spring!. It was very easy to put together and from the instructions it appears will be easy to operate. Plan to use it for cleaning the house, driveway, garage, vehicles, etc. Happy I bought it!

There is some good engineering that went into the design on this model. The manual is very clear and useful and all the parts assembled as described. It literally started up on the first pull! I cleaned off my vinyl fence with efficiency and it moves around with ease with the larger wheels.

I'm a 75-year old grannie, who has used a less powerful pressure washer before, and I was a bit intimidated by the size and capability of this machine when unpacking it. After reading the instructions (and finally not confusing the choke with the fuel line) I got it running. The directions were good, the cautions were well listed, and the future care of the machine well outlined. Good to go. Heard elsewhere that the red nozzle is too dangerous for the average person, so eliminated that from my use list. So wished I had the use of the yellow nozzle, but it wasn't included with the machine. The white nozzle was plenty powerful for my siding and even that one took a bit of paint off my window trim at a distance of 4-5 feet. The green nozzle cleaned my concrete walks and driveway nicely. I prefer this machine over my less powerful one because I never had to shut it down to cool off. I had some major backfire issues, which seemed to lessen when I turned down the fuel line to about 1/3 strength before shutting off the engine. Would still like some direction on that issue. I have a case number dated June 10th about a starting issue that still has not been answered--It's now the 22nd. My son also took photos of the machine shaking so much while running, to the extent that the air filter box was independently shaking more than the rest of the engine--causing some concern. Again, some guidance on the reason for that would be helpful. The on/handle was a bit tough to hold down for any length of time, since it was pretty stiff and my hand was shaking for quite a while after stopping. Again, probably just a bigger machine issue and nothing to worry about, but at my age, needed to stop now and then to regroup. All in all, very pleased with the actual results and feel confident I can handle it and future jobs nicely. It looks like a machine that will last!

I am new to power washers. This power washer is quite easy to use as a novice. There is an included maintenance schedule that is helpful in keeping the washer in good working order. It was purchased to complete tasks around the home such as cleaning siding, brick and concrete. It works as expected to complete these projects. I am pleased with this purchase.

The washer was easy to use. I did have to zip tie the wand hose to the upright to keep it away from the heat of the engine. Would be nice if the water hose did not rest on the wheel. Otherwise it did a great job cleaning 30 years of dirt on sidewalks

This power washer exceeded expectations! It is very easy to start/use and runs awesome! The large tires make is very smooth to pull/push around the yard. The soap dispenser is a wonderful feature when washing cars. I could not be happier with the purchase!

I researched power washers and saw that Westinghouse was one of the top-rated powerwashers. So I used it for the first time today, and it worked terrific. After the snow we had, it was nice to get all the salt and mud off the driveway. The only thing I thought was weird was that the manual shows a yellow spray head, but it doesn't come with that head. I would have liked to have that one too.
