The pressure washer works like a dream but when we unboxed it the face cover for the pull start cord was bent slightly. It impeded the ability to pull the cord but we were able to straighten it out ourselves & it works perfectly. The washer has plenty of power for our needs & is easy to operate, compact size makes it easy to store; it comes with simple instructions & we're very happy with our purchase! We did our research, determined our water outflow to make sure we got the right size for our water output from the outdoor spigot...that's important to know...3 spray nozzles & 1 for soap came with it, as well as an ample nozzle & 25 ft high pressure hose. Thank you for making a nice washer for a reasonable price!

Just finished up my first use of the Westinghouse WPX2700 power washer, and I have to say I was quite pleased with the outcome. Pressure-washed my driveway and front sidewalk, and it looks great. Plenty of power, easy to run, and didn't run through gasoline like some other models I have used. The spray nozzles provided give you many cleaning options, and I also purchased the 16.5" surface cleaner to cover larger areas like my patio and driveway. The only negative I would give it is the plastic wheels. I will probably replace those with actual wheels at some point. All in all a very good product, it's worth the price.

Recently replaced my old pressure washer with a Westinghouse 2700. I was little reluctant since I had never owned a Westinghouse power tool. I did my small pool house in just couple hours. Washer performed gret and pressure control was much better than my old machine. I am very pleased with product and price.

I had wanted a power washer for a while and I'm so glad with this purchase..high quality. Easy assembly, easy operation and best of all MADE IN THE U.S.A and at a very good price. The literature that comes with it gives you complete parts list and part numbers just in case something goes wrong...and a 3 year warranty...excellent purchase!

Bought a week ago and put to the test today by cleaning our 10x10. patio that was covered with thick layer of dirt. Took around 45 minutes but we were amazed by the result. The patio looks like almost new with no sign of dark black and green spots. Can't wait to power wash our sidewalk and driveway.

Bought it a few weeks ago. Easy to assemble. Good instructions. Worked with just 2 pulls. Used it with rotary cleaner on pavers and one of the tips for cleaning. Worked very well. Only complaint is the hose, a hose that works fine but is a bit skimpy.

I was looking for a pressure washer that was easy for me (a lady) to use. Based on reviews online and the fact that it was priced lower than most others, I purchased. It arrived quickly. I used it within a couple days. Other than smelling plastic the first few minutes (which is normal) it ran perfectly and is as powerful as described. I also love that the wand on this one is longer than others I looked at so it makes cleaning overhead easier.

I'm a 75-year old grannie, who has used a less powerful pressure washer before, and I was a bit intimidated by the size and capability of this machine when unpacking it. After reading the instructions (and finally not confusing the choke with the fuel line) I got it running. The directions were good, the cautions were well listed, and the future care of the machine well outlined. Good to go. Heard elsewhere that the red nozzle is too dangerous for the average person, so eliminated that from my use list. So wished I had the use of the yellow nozzle, but it wasn't included with the machine. The white nozzle was plenty powerful for my siding and even that one took a bit of paint off my window trim at a distance of 4-5 feet. The green nozzle cleaned my concrete walks and driveway nicely. I prefer this machine over my less powerful one because I never had to shut it down to cool off. I had some major backfire issues, which seemed to lessen when I turned down the fuel line to about 1/3 strength before shutting off the engine. Would still like some direction on that issue. I have a case number dated June 10th about a starting issue that still has not been answered--It's now the 22nd. My son also took photos of the machine shaking so much while running, to the extent that the air filter box was independently shaking more than the rest of the engine--causing some concern. Again, some guidance on the reason for that would be helpful. The on/handle was a bit tough to hold down for any length of time, since it was pretty stiff and my hand was shaking for quite a while after stopping. Again, probably just a bigger machine issue and nothing to worry about, but at my age, needed to stop now and then to regroup. All in all, very pleased with the actual results and feel confident I can handle it and future jobs nicely. It looks like a machine that will last!

We just put the pressure washer together and used it for the first time today, and it seems to work fine. Works as it should. The only thing, I noticed there is a hole in the spray gun handle. I don't know if it's supposed to be there or not. This is why I could not give it 5 stars.

I received this pressure washer as a gift and I couldn't be happier with it. I was able to get it assembled and started very quickly. It has changed my cleaning life! Cleaning rugs, random items and even my patio steps is a fun activity now, rather than one I would put off until the next weekend. I have even considered offering to clean items owned by my brothers!
