I just received the product. It was fairly easy to assembly but the oil is difficult to add without spilling it and the cap doesn't have a dipstick attached so I cannot check the oil level. When I called to request the part, I was disconnected twice and then told I would have to wait for a callback. So...I assume to pressure washer will work but if I was just rating service, maybe two stars.

This Westinghouse pressure washer was ready to go out of the box. I just had to easily attach the handle, add oil and gasoline, connect the hose and nozzle, and clean away. It started right up. I used it to clean my sidewalk and paver blocks. I followed Consumer Reports recommendation for all washers of these types: hide the 0 degree spray nozzle. Unless you are a professional, this nozzle can do damage to person and property. In the past I have used electric pressure washers. They do not compare to gas powered models.

I'm very impressed with this pressure washer. It's the 3rd one I've owned (previoius ones were electric). I only took me less than 30 minutes to set up out of the box (the only thing extra you'll need is a 5/32 allen wrench). It's well made & gets all my jobs done around the house (siding, windows, grill, patio, etc). I would recommend this pressure washer.

Came mostly assembled, just had to add the handle bar, rubber foot, and two pieces for the spray holder., You need a torque, and square screw driver plus a wrench to put it together. The wheels are a good size, making the power washer easy to move. The user manual is excellent, shows the breakdown of the power washer, and the power washer comes with a nozzle cleaner, which could be easily misplace if your not being careful. Took me three minuets to put every thing together, had to look for some tools to put it together.

I researched a lot of power washers both electric and gas and for the price the W27 was the best. Now that I have had it for two weeks it does everything I need it to do. Very easily cleaned my garage that had paint, caulk and various other unknown items on it. Very happy with it.

The product is very good for residential user. Was easy to setup with very clear instruction and easy to use. Only reason I would not give it a 5 is because maintenance (which I have not done yet) looks a bit complicated and extensive. I am not familiar with how to change out spark plugs and appropriately clean filter and dread the time it will take to do all this each year. There isn't a local service center around that I am aware of to do it for me. Outside of time to maintain which may be typical of all pressure washers, good product.

I bought this power washer for my young adult son as a gift to wash his truck. He loves it! He washed his truck and our cars, and he didn't lose power at all after over an hour of using it. We are going to use it on our deck and siding this summer as well. I tried it and thought it was fun too! It does a great job! My husband and son had it put together in less than an hour too. It came with oil, and they just needed to get the right soap to fill it. It's nice that it has a soap tank that's easy to use, and it knows when to add soap to the water based on the nozzle that is on it. Very cool!

Got this as a Christmas gift. Was easy to assemble. I haven't used it yet but I'm impressed with what I see so far. Detergent hose was folded over, hoping it straightens out over time and doesn't cause issues. Gas tank was slightly dented in so paint will probably peel off. Don't care how it looks as long as it works.

I bought this pressure washer a few weeks ago and finally used it last weekend. It was very easy to assemble. Unfortunately even though it is 2700 PSI it does not seem to have as much power as my 2300 PSI that died after many years of use. I have a 2 story house and the WPX2700 will not get the high areas...leaving me with a dirty house up high. I plan to look up Amazon's return policy.

the design of the water connections is beyond inconvenient and absolutely completely impractical facing a connection left and right the hose not only will not fit with a quick connect but it places it right in way of the hottest part of the machine who in the world thought a hose that needs to stay away from heat would design the connections to hit the heat source and the water connection is the same left and right so when you pull it around you kink your garden house and create tension on the water connection and the hose this company needs to supply customers with an elbow if the want to build an absurd array of water connection points
