We bought this pressure washer and couldn't wait to use it. Easy to assemble and use. In most cases I didn't even need to use soap even though it has a dispenser for soap. It made our sidewalk, driveway and siding look like new! Love it!

Bought this item and was delivered quickly. Was easy to put together and understand directions, getting ready to use for the first time let's hope it goes well.

THE UNIT WORKS AS ADVERTISED AND WELL PLEASED WITH THE PRODUCT EXCEPT FOR CONTROL KIT PANEL ASSEMBLY. THE 2 EACH PLASTIC EXPAND SCREW WAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND DOES NOT SECURE THE PANEL TO THE HANDLEBAR.

I used this pressure washer for about 2-1/2 hrs right out of the box. Assembly was super easy. Very clear instructions. Added the oil( which was provided), gas and was off and running. Great machine for a reasonable price.

Only 4 cause I bought a week ago yet to use it but was all intact very easy to assemble good instructions and high quality wand made from steel quick realase fittings are nice feature with soap dispenser bought it for my truck etc

I purchased this item to wash my RV. It outdid what I expected out of a power washer. It was so easy to for me to handle. I would highly recommend this item

Tried the 2700 out today for the first time. Easy start , easy to maneuver, great pressure and nice performance . Can't beat this machine for the money! Cleaned 45 panels of wooden fence and no problem, just great results. The ONLY issue (as others have noted) is placement of muffler. Too close to spray hose and too easy to touch. In the scope of things , not a big deal. Easy fix with a zip tie.
