Excellent packaging and instructions. Including a bottle of engine oil was a welcome bonus. Gun and gun rest are great. Engine runs smoothly and quietly and produces great power and pressure.

It worked just like it was supposed to, unfortunately the pull starter broke after a couple of uses. It's under warranty so we received a replacement part, without hassle, but we're told that repair shops are a 5 to 8 week wait.

So far I am happy with it. I haven't used it much but it does require some maintenance that I will need to further review. Don't hesitate to buy as it does pretty much any job you need!

Haven’t been able to use this yet because my wife and I are still assembling it. Westinghouse could make the assembly much easier a simple screwdriver head.

This is my first power washer that first seemed on the heavy-duty side. However, I am completely satisfied with this model as it was easy to assemble, easy to use, and powerful. I would not have wanted one any less powerful.

I bought this product 2 weeks ago. I have owned a few pressure washer in the past that did not get the job done like this one. It is relatively quiet for a gas powered pressure washer. It has a nice design and compact storage. Works very well.

took a while to assemble. some directions confusing! For instance, the nozzle cleaning tool storage location is not mentioned until much later in the instructions.

Works like a charm. Started right up after it was put together. And I'm so happy it came with the oil needed so I could just put it together and spray.thank you

We've used our new pressure washer twice now and it started easily which was important for a couple old folks. It's been easy to operate and done a good job cleaning g our concrete.

Recently purchased but has held up to any job I throw at it! Make cleaning the exterior of my house much easier and more time efficient than the electric I used to have. I look forward to more of the jobs I need to tackle with this pressure washer.
