Love the range - the air fry option is the best thing ever!! Love having to be able to bake two separate things at once as well. The look is simply wow. Thanks LG :)

We have used the range for about a couple of months. The stoptop nice and easy to operate. The grills get dirty easy and not so easy to clean. The upper oven is smaller and big enough for a couple of low profile dishes. The lower oven is larger to accommodate a turkey. The range is easy to use and program, I like the remote start with my phone. Sleek design Overall I'm very satisfied with the range

I have been using this for about a month now. I like how quickly it heats up and having a built in air fryer. This runs on the high heat side meaning if a recipe calls for 35-45 minutes it's done at the 33-35 minute mark. I love the super fast boil burner that also changes to a very low setting. The only thing I am not a fan of is the stainless steel top. I had to buy a very soft cloth as it scratches unbelievably easily. It didn't come with the internal meat thermometer but LG rectified that immediately.

I love my new range. But, the front control panel is difficult to read, so I have to memorize all the options, or use a flashlight. My husband tried to attach a light by magnets to the bottom/handle of grill, but the grill is coated, so can't use magnets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first gas range I have owned. Honestly, it's taken a while to get use to it but I am learning. I simply LOVE the 2 options on the oven. This is why I ordered the range in the first place. You can air fry in one and bake in the other simultaneously. That is brilliant! I have however noticed, that it takes much longer to cook in the gas oven than in an electric. I really had no idea to expect that. I am still learning to add time to recipes and temperature. That has been the most frustrating part of the purchase. If I had this knowledge before the purchase, I would have ordered the product with the dual electric and gas. As for the gas burners, I LOVE how fast the stove gets hot but I have also learned that I much watch that heat or else burn up my dinner. All in all, I would highly recommend the product. It is beautiful too. I would encourage a second look at the dual power source.

I've had the oven for a month now. The only issue I have is that the time telling you the oven is preheated is not right. I spent an hour on the chat with no luck and finally disconnected the chat when the girl ask if I closed the oven door ... really? I ended up having to buy an oven thermometer so that I actually know when the o en is up to the temperature I set. This should not happen when you spend this much money on a new oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The control knob should have an “off” setting. It is dangerous not to have one. The reflection makes it difficult to read the letters. And I have adhesive residue inside the bottom oven which I cannot get off.

I am trying to adjust to the oven I haven't been able to set the temperature to bake without burning the top to get the inside cooked. I have had it adjusted but the temperature just isn't right. I haven't even tried to use some of the features of the lower oven, like air fry. I haven't used it enough to really rate it.
