I just received my warranty replacement for the WPX3000e washer. The first unit would run for a couple of minutes then the pressure would cut out for 10-15 seconds, then kick in again and repeated the pattern indefinitely. Westinghouse support was excellent, however, in responding to my support case. We worked through the issue offline as I tried everything they had to offer. We came to the point where the only recourse seemed to be to ship me a replacement unit. I did not have to ship the original back to them, which was very helpful, but I did have to cut the power cord and send support team a photo as proof. I cannot test this replacement, unfortunately, until it warms up significantly. We've had snow and sub-freezing temperatures, which is normal this time of year where I live. I replied to support that I will update them on the status of this new unit as soon as I am able. I will adjust the Overall Rating of the product when I know how the replacement washer performs.

I bought the WPX3000E nearly a month ago and have used it several times since then. Very easy to use and I'm extremely happy with its performance. Much much better the one I had before which was made by a different company. One minor observation....it would be better if the on/off button were a toggle instead of a simple push button. That way, you can more easily determine whether the machine is switched to on or off by simply looking at it. That aside, this is an excellent pressure washer.

Seems to work as advertised, easy to assemble and use. Not sure about the authorized soap and other chemicals that it can handle. Am trying to clean stains off the walls of a concrete swimming pool and the calcium buildup on the tile. Have not figured out which chemicals to use as nothing seems to work, and I will not put any soap or chemicals in the Power Washer, only tap water from the hose. Westinghouse needs to do some testing on how and what to use for these swimming pool problems, and put that info out. It may help their sales. The form (this form) has a 'Nickname' box that must be used, and it is a pain in the ... due to my nickname 'Bill' being used by others.

I was using another brand only an 1800 psi model and it was adequate, as it has gotten older it is no longer as efficient, so I went for this Westinghouse 3000 psi machine. The increased power is just great but beyond the power the unit is just nice. The setup in a "cart" type format, the hose is easy to use, there are places for the accessories, the unit is very maneuverable, just has a more professional feel. Bought the optional surface cleaner attachment, 16 1/2" coverage, now I almost enjoy pressure cleaning the driveway. Great unit, glad I bought it, good buy!

Assembling the unit was super easy (thanks for the clear instructions) - 20 min tops. In a matter of minutes I was up and running. My first task was washing our two cars. Easy! The washer worked like a champ. It's a well built machine: no leaks, feels solid, relatively quiet, good pressure and water volume. Net net, a great tool, highly recommended!

It did a great job washing the gack and zebra mussel residue off of my pontoon, which lives in fresh water all summer. I expect it will make easy work of cleaning the composite deck on my home, especially compared to my old 1600 psi washer. The nozzles are very easy to change for different spray angles. I ran it for two to three hours non-stop a couple nights in a row with no trouble. Had it not been for the power button sticking down, I would have given it five stars. It's a minor nuisance having to pull the button back up every time, but it doesn't affect performance.

Securely packaged, easy to follow assembly instructions, helpful parts diagram. Looks great, takes up minimal floor space in my garrage. Easy to wheel around and works as advertised. Hose retainer and electric cord retainers keep things tidy. Super handy area to store the different size nozzles. I am so glad I purchased this model. Good value.

Just got the WPX3000e pressure washer a couple of days ago. It was very easy to put together, and it works very well. I purchased this to replace a 3200 psi gas powered unit, and although it isn't quite as powerful, it holds its own for what I use it for. My primary use is home use, washing vehicles, sidewalks, stucco, and other household uses. I got tired of having to put gas in my old one, and it is getting harder and harder to start with a pull cord. I'll keep it around for a while, just in case the electric one doesn't work as well as I thought, but my initial assessment is that I will probably end up keeping the electric one, and Westinghouse is a very reputable company, so I'm very happy with my purchase.

I've owned a few PW's. This product is by far the best!! Easy hookup and assembly was a breeze. If you're looking for a powerful pressure washer then look no further. This is the product you need. Great power great price. * just a heads up make sure you use a wrench to tighten up your hose because hand tight will cause leaks. Not a big issue and worked great! No photos but I'll come back and add some. Highly recommend this product!!

I got this pressure washer for christmas and let me tell you, it is pretty awesome! 2300 max psi is more powerful than most electric ones in this price range. Very easy to put together and ready to use. Has a soap tank and plenty of heads for all the uses around the house.
