I am fully satisfied with the cleaning power and usability of the machine. Assembly was straightforward and not complicated. Soap dispenser works great. Hose and power cord are both plenty long to be able to work a large area without having to move the machine. Wish it had come with a 40 degree spray nozzle but the one from my old machine worked just fine.

I was very pleased with the way this pressure washer worked in conjunction with the Westinghouse PWSC16.5 Pastic Surface Cleaner that I used on my driveway. The surface of the driveway is concrete with a pea gravel topping. This makes it a little harder to clean. Making sure I didn't go to fast and these items did the job. Was also impressed how light weight the pressure washer is. The easily removable handle is a plus for storage.

Replacing my gas engine pressure washer. Was concerned this might not provide the power or water flow to get the job done, but it is working as well if not better than my gas powered unit. Much more quiet, can actually lift it into my pickup without help, and no more pulling that starter cord over and over. So far this makes pressure washing so much easier.

Bad: Ordered online and received on a Thursday. Used to power washed my driveway (for 4 cars tightly parked) on Saturday. High pressure hose popped 2 separate holes and machine is now unusable leaving the driveway incomplete. Now pending a call for the warranty. Good: Until the hose started leaking, the pressure was exactly what I needed. Great price.

I bought this electric pressure washer a month ago and I am very satisfied with this product. I have been using quite a few pressure washers from different brands—both gas and electric—and I can say this machine is high-quality. I am sure it will serve me for quite a long time.

While many electric pressure washers look like a toy, this one looks like a proper unit and the hose storage and nozzle storage make sense. Also, it uses standard 3/8 fittings from pump to trigger handle and 1/4 inch coming out of the trigger handle so you can easily use quick connects and other accessories. The pressure on the black soap fitting or even a white 40 degree nozzle didn't blow me away, but feels stronger with the smaller orifice blue, green and red nozzles. I think electric pressure washers can only get so powerful with power supplied by a household 120v outlet so I see no point in spending more on one that claims supposedly higher pressure than this at 2300 psi. One suggestion for Westinghouse to add a lock on for the handle to prevent hand fatigue such as when washing a large wooden deck. Overall, good purchase.

In my younger years I owned a pressure washing business using diesel fuel for high pressure hot water applications, so I am very picky about my PW. I needed a smaller cold water PW for my home use that would be quality built and simple to use. My research led me to the Westinghouse line. I am impressed. Quality build. Easy to use. Most importantly, I tried each fitting in multiple configurations and they are well designed an tight. The areas of owner maintenance are all easily accessible. Definitely worth the cost in my opinion. The only issue that I saw, which i know will be rectified by Westinghouse, is the soap nozzle(black) was missing the insert(see photo). Easy fix. Remember, it is so important to perform your regular and off season maintenance on your PW to maximize longevity. With these electric powered PW, that maintenance is very easy. Just follow your owners manual.

I had some issues with the motor speed varying and pressure variations when first using the washer. Later the washer seemed to work fine. I haven't used the washer that much but I am satisfied with the amount of pressure and the ease of handling. The pressure hose is of a good length and the wand is easy to handle. No problems with power cord length and the I believe 13A draw did not cause any issues for me.

Purchased this machine (WPX3000e) to replace a previous electric power washer that had failed, and have been pleasantly surprised with this machine. It was easy to assemble, and even easier to use. Hoping this machine can last for years to come. The handle is at waist height, and it has large wheels allowing for easy mobility on my porch, deck and even lawn. The cord doesn't (hasn't) gotten tangled, and the power cord is super long, allowing me to keep it dry and away from the area I'm working in. I'm pleased so far.
