Same here...ordered a 13, received a 10. The only good thing was that the money was returned very quickly and did not want the shoes returned

Like all the other Sam's Club customers, received the wrong size. Ordered size 10 and received size 13. Called customer service which is a call center. Not sure she really understood my issue. I don't have a FedEx location close to my home, which is the only return shipping option Sam's Club offers. I'll have to take them to the store (40 minutes away)for a refund. I asked Marie to please alert leadership team leadership team that they have a warehouse issue with this item. I asked her to please read reviews since I am not the only one who received the wrong size. Again, I don't think she understood my issue. If you order this shoe there is a good chance you'll get the wrong size. Big hassle.

Read the reviews and you're will know that it is most likely that you will receive a wrong size if you order it, I don't know what is wrong with them, may be it is not shipping from Samsclub and that third party is doing a horrible job of sending customers the wrong sizes. I ordered size 10.5 , they sent me size 11.

I actually read the review before ordering and thought “hmm, maybe my experience will be different..” umm NO! Ordered 9.5, received a size 12.

Ordered size 9 and received size 8. This happened twice because I thought the first time must have been a fluke.

bought a 9.5 and they sent a 12, called and they "corrected" it and they sent another size 12...am I in the twilight zone?
