my mic broke on my after 2 months having it ... still works greak just the plastic on the part that bents snapped off

I have treated this headset like nothing less valuable than as a baby, and this thing wont turn on or charge at all when Ive barely had it for a month. And during that month it needed constant updates, the battery charged slow, it was a mess. I basically now have an $80 useless headset for decoration, definitely look for another headset

The headset was great in terms of quality and sound however, when I used their mic it was lacking. It sounded very crunchy and not high quality. My turtle beach earbuds have a higher quality mic than these and the earbuds were only 20 dollars. Dissapointed.

Was hoping to start making friends with this headset only for it to not work or keep saying it's not connected. Or! I can't hear my friends but they can hear me
