Hello Joseph! We are sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your Turtle Beach Headset, however, simultaneous playback is NOT advertised as a feature on the Stealth 600 Gen 3. You will want to look into the Stealth 700 Gen 3, which DOES feature Simultaneous Playback from both sources. Our products are each sold with a manufacturer's warranty, and we have a dedicated Support Team available to provide assistance as needed.
