I can talk but others cannot hear me (this was a gift he has tried and tried and read all the instructions it is ridiculous these were supposed to be an upgrade from his others)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have fully charged them and am going on 16 days straight, 2-4 hours of use a day, and still have like 35%. Battery is CRAZY good!! Bought to replace my 700's and they sound just as good, just a litttllleeeee bit light on the bass tho but not a hude difference, still booms. very comfortable and pretty light weight, ive been able to wear them for 6 hours with very little discomfort

not loud enough but not quite. its alright but i would say there are better one out there. i like the app features but nothing to do other than the EQ settings. The fit is nice just done like how its heavy from the top when i bend down or look down when i drop things. Mic quality is meh.

The headphones are great and have a great sound! The only complaint from me the mom is the cloth around the ears came untucked within a month. The compliant from the teen is the fit is a little awkward but that is because he is in between sizes. On click up is to big and the other is to small! Other than those minor things they are great and have a great sound!

Ease of use: I'm a pretty savvy tech person, but these were hard to get paired. Seemed it didn't let me pair at all (wouldn't show on android or windows Bluetooth pairing menus) until after I connected in the SWARM II app. And the app wouldn't let me connect until I connected to the wifi dongle. I don't know what I would have done if I had wanted to just use these Bluetooth. 30 mins of trying got me nowhere. Once I connected to the wifi to make the app happy, and updated the firmware it pairs fine now. Music Sound: Meh... Little disappointed for the price. The preset defaults are crap. Using the custom EQ in the app I got it just "OK". I have a pair of cheap wireless gaming headphones I tried first (mic sucked on those so I'm trying these) and out of the box with no custom settings available they sound better than these on music. I'm a little bit of an audiophile so I'm picky. These are "thin". All the sounds are there, but the sound has no body to it. My cheap ear buds and cheap gaming headset overall sound more balanced and full. It's not BAD once you tweak the EQ, but I wouldn't choose them for music if I had other choice costing $70 less. Function and fit: As most online reviews will tell you; these are tight. They are also a little small for my ears. I love how sturdy and well-built they feel, however. These seem like they will last a long time. I love the fold up microphone and how you can mute/unmute by folding it up or folding it down. I also love this type of mic design. I can't stand boom mics being in front of my mouth. I much prefer the cheek side design, so these fit the bill. I've read some find the control layout cluttered and confusing. But I honestly liked it fine. I also prefer the memory foam earpieces. Noise isolation: Like most reviews state, these have little to no noise canceling involving your surroundings. It muffles sound from in front of you fairly well, but sound coming from the side or behind doesn't seem really muffled at all. This can be good or bad depending why you want a headset. I like them this way so I can hear people coming up behind me, and can be aware of what's going on in the house. Normal ambient sounds don't overpower hearing what you're listening to, but if you want to be an deserted island with these on... you won't be. Other thoughts: I don't use these for gaming or listening to music. I use them so people can hear me clearly as I DM an online D%26D game. I prefer open mics and open speakers, but all my players complain they have terrible echo on discord and other audio platforms we've tried. So, I have to have a headset on. If I have to have a headset anyway, I want it to have a good mic. And in the price range this is the best rated mic setup around. With both manual controls and advance in-app controls for my sound and volume. Overall: I gave 4 stars. For my use they are 5 stars, but for $99 most people I think would want better sound in music.

Always our go to pick. We love Turtle Beach. Got these for the hubbs since his older turtle beach model was quickly dying and just wasn't cutting it any more. (He had them for like.. 10 years I stg) These are great he says! The sound comes in clear and the battery lasts a long time. Especially through our 4-6 hour gaming sessions. They connect easily, the mic for it works really well. Overall these are a great buy.

I bought on Black Friday for my son. He opened it on Christmas and the microphone was broke. I paid for the protection plan but all they are offering is a refund and I have to pay the difference between the sale price to the original price I feel like it was done on purpose so that you can return the item and then have to pay the difference so you're really not getting a deal at all very displeased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset is exactly as described. It came packaged nicely. i bought thos for my 6 yr old. It is a little pricey for a 6 yr old, but i had been advised that it would last better than others so it could grow with him. It connected very easy to his Xbox S series and qorks great. The volume buttons for sound om yhe game and voice while chatting are really great. It fit him perfectly and can be adjusted for an adult also. Soft ear coverings and the microphone comes to his cheek perfectly to talk. We love this headset and would definitely recommend!

I prefer the previous generation. It is nice that this works with both systems I find it annoying to have to use a USB to connect to Xbox where it was not required before. The fit feels small for an adult and I cannot adjust the size. Before I paid twice as much but I think they cut back on some things that made this a 5 star previously. My old ones lasted 5 years we will see how long these last

Excellent headset. Transitions beautifully between my Xbox X and laptop. Would definitely recommend.
