Decent headset. The band is smaller than on the Gen2's and could be 1/2" bigger to be comfortable. Master volume control does not work well, and have to spin it a ton to get it to switch. Not a fan

Don't listen to the negative reviews. This headset is absolutely incredible! The noise cancellation is next level, the battery life is phenomenal, and it just works out of the box.
