[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do some online reselling of clothes and I'm always having to steam clothing items before I take pictures of them and ship them out. This machine is my answer to all of the extra work I was putting in. I want to start by saying this machine is bigger in height and width than I thought it would be. I wouldn't say it takes up a lot of space but if you have a small home or smaller laundry room, you may have any issue with space. Out of the box, it is simply gorgeous!! It has a tall, sleek, and modern design. The mirror finish looks stunning and I love the touch screen panel. It only requires water, like most steamers do, and doesn't have to be plugged into any other units/devices in order to work. It is wifi capable and allows the machine to be ran straight from my smartphone. This is a great feature because you can choose which mode you want and the app will let you know when it is finished. So, you can literally go about your day and be notified once the cycle is complete. The touch screen panel works like a charm and I like how the buttons are dark unless the machine is on. It is extremely easy to use and is definitely a high quality piece. The steaming process/capability works well when it comes to odors or smells. I have been able to refresh clothes with ease and have had no complaints. The ability to remove wrinkles however, doesn't work well with some items/fabrics. I have had some clothing still have wrinkles after the cycle was completed. It is not a big deal for me because it does remove some and with the more thinner material, it really shows what it can do. The Styler is also great for delicate items. I feel way more secure drying these items in the Styler than taking a chance and ruining them in my home dryer. The space inside of the unit is made to hold about 3 garments at a time and it does include two hangers for you to use. There is an adjustable shelf that is a great way to steam other household items or when just wanting to remove scents from items. Overall, I do think this machine is designed well and looks breath-taking. It is designed with modern technology and is from a brand that is known for making great high quality products. I can remove some wrinkles from clothing, smells, and if I choose, add a crease to pants. The ability to remove wrinkles could be better but it doesn't outweigh the positives.

My wife bought a hand held steamer which she struggles to use. I bought her this stand up steamer. She is very electrically challenged, however has used this nearly 10 times in the first week once I showed her how to use it. It is simple and easy to use, she loves it, especially for her work clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Lg styler hoping that it would help me manage my suits and dress shirts/pants. I can't say that it is performing exactly as I'd hoped. Wrinkles are still pretty prevalent after the steam cycles. I do like using the sanitary cycle after wearing clothes on hot summer day and it does seem to be removing sweat etc. I think the pants set up is a little hard to use. The pants door is hard to lock in and close

My family, friends, have tired to get this to work. It's not. It runs but it does not steam. I have several calls into LG for service and so far nothing :( Very disappointed!

And I told her you can get more for your money with this product, this takes less time in preparation for the week, she use to iron her silk blouses and her knit pants. Now weekend prep is a breeze. 5 star product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this styler, I have done many researches from different brands. And so far this is the best one. If you expect this one can replace the washer or an iron, this is not the one. It does good job to refresh, sanitize, reduce wrinkles, and leave the clothes fresh odor. The set up is simple, easy to use and save me a lot of time to clean clothes that cannot be cleaned by washer. The price is a little pricey but it worths the money for the quality and warranty. I and my wife have many clothes that need to do dry clean, but now we use this almost every other day for refreshing.Most of our home appliances are LG products, including SIGNATURE versions and we are confident about their qualities. We are happy with the purchase.

I bought the LG steamer which is a huge home dry cleaner. They call it a steamer but it is t he most fantastic appliance I own. I no longer take my husband's jeans to have a crease in them - this machine put the crease in pants. I can freshen my work jackets and take the wrinkles out of my clothes all in my own home and FREE. It is absolutely worth every penny!!!

The Styler is a welcome addition to my laundry routine. I use it regularly to sanitize pillows, and to dry damp raincoats. It's also a great way to sanitize stuffed toys. I have also used it to steam and refresh curtains. If you have any type of allergy to dust or mold, then this is an indispensable appliance to stay healthy. The slim design fits almost anywhere and the Styler is very easy to use. The smoky mirror front is a nice addition to the design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit skeptical at first and overwhelmed when I looked at all the buttons! Holy cow. It is so beautiful a glass front and so heavy. It's digital and wifi. So I tried this machine and I am in LOVE!!! My children attend a military school and now we can cut the dry cleaners out and do it at home. The first thing I tried was a pair of pants. My thoughts were is this going to be noisy and will it put out all kinds of heat? So I sat and waited...The answer is no it does not it was quiet and it did not make the house hot or the area in which it is hot. The pants came out so awesome! I brought my friend over to show her. She suggested that we do some sheets in the Styler. So we did her sheets to test out how they would come out and she loved them. This will be great for us and not so great for our dry cleaners!! I have not found anything I haven't liked about the Styler. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. This is truly a great product. Thank you! We are really enjoying it.
