I like it, keeps cloths fresh. Keep a couple of dryer sheets in there and your clothes will smell good (if they are clean). One very stupid thing is the timer function. It only lets you delay in hour increments and start at 3 hours... Why not just be able to set a time for it to be ready by? Because now I have to set a reminder on when to start a delayed cycle. That's so easily fixable. LG please update this to have a "Ready by..." Delay Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The styler was very easy to set up and fit in my laundry room perfectly. It has so many settings that can do so many things. So far I have gotten a dingy smell out of my husband's plaid shirt, pressed my pants, and freshened up some tops. I love that you can add a dryer sheet to the bottom to add some extra scent, then close the cartridge to keep the garments scent-free. The buttons are very easy to use and the front is so sleek and modern. I can not wait to put stuffed animals and pillows in the bottom to freshen them up. This unit is great for anyone who wants to purify their garments and keep their items clean and refreshed.

I've had this for a year and a half. I'm disabled and it's a dream to have. I go to the dry cleaners way less. My hands are grateful for not having to iron or hand steam clothes. It did ruin a velvet pillow, it doesn't have a huge capacity, and is hard to move around. It lets me refresh or dry a last minute decision on an outfit. Did not know about the silk setting you need to download, but whatever they were fine with gentle dry before.

It was easy to set up and is user friendly. I love the mirrored finish just wish the buttons were easier to see.
